Packaging looks legit. Suppose it would if it were fake too though. I can't imagine how you would know if it is real or fake without trying it..

i had 90 iu of them which gave it to friend lol , will get more , 5 kits of 45 iu total of 225 ius not much i guess which would be like for 2 months approx if use 4 iu ed , ican get my hands on hygetropin though

Disregarding the package as they r mostly fake bc the vials/pens r smuggled out w/o the package many times bc it's easier to smuggle vials w/o the package. So as for the pen itself..... I'm unsure... I don't see the manufacture # or expiration date but it could be on the other side? I've seen a few pics of it but nothing concrete. The one had a much (sorry I'm getting so technical n detailed LMAO )smaller red part LMAO

Its gtg bro friend of mine using it and is more than happy with the results , he's getting the normal sides as well , lethargy all day , stiffness , swelling in feet etc so planing to get some more for myself as well

yup like the slin pens , u can buy the pen separately or just pull it out from a slin pin like u do it from a normal vial
