12 week log

Hey Ladies and Gents,

Starting my log a few days before I start my 12 week transformation for hopefully a leaner and stronger me.

Heres the breakdown:
Sitting in a 6'4, 198 pounds
BF: Unknown but guestimating around 12%
Cycle:
100 mcg of IGF-1 Pre-workout every day(Mornings for off days)
500 mg of Test E total/week injecting every 2nd day.
12 Weeks
Training 5 times a week(May throw in some 2-a-days)
Workout
Basically going to run with drop sets,rest pause and super sets.(Varying every week)
Rest days depending on how I feel
Day 1: Shoulders/ABS
Day 2: Chest
Day 3: Legs
Day 4: Back/ABS
Day 5: Bi's/Tri's

I'll Take a pic soon and add it to this post... too late and tired now... just finished legs.

you should see great results from that cycle! Thats one hell of a testosterone dosage though, is that right in 500mg testosterone enanthate every other day??? Just curious cause thats a whole lot bro
 
fuck my bad lol i guess i was more tired than i thought when i was writing this up... it's 500mg a week total.
 
Alright so first day of injections... went over well. It was leg day and I injected TEST & IGF into quads. Still holding in at the same weight... Can't seem to add a pic... my computer sucks nuts. Anyway.. i'll keep you guys posted after 2nd injection.

You have to make the picture smaller...1.9mb or less something like that. Just convert it in your camera software. Use whatever compression it has. Remove camera settings, compress it, reduce image quality etc. etc...

Hahahah best comment ever.. Well just started up my second week.. Holding in at same weight.. Work has been crazy and haven't had too much time to train or eat.. Looking to kill it this week though. Not sure if the test is already kicking in but I'm hornier than a mother fucker.. Either that or its all the chick's in the mini skirts..
 
SO I wasn't thinking and decided to inject test e and igf after leg day...... never do it lol

I figured you'd say that. I don't do ANY AAS in my quads anymore. I also had to all but stop doing IGF in them. They just get too crazy pumped. Occassionally I can do the middle of the lateral quad. If I do my range of motion is substantially less, but my quads get freakish
 
Nice bro, you should notice some strength gains end of this week or next hopefully a little size as well. Good luck bro we will be looking forward to updates and maybe some pics.
 
Had a hell of a time to try and upload this thing.. my mac seriously sucks nuts. Anyway there is the before pic... I started seeing some strength gains this week... up around 10-20% weight on some exercises.

Alright so middle of the third week and I'm already up 5 pounds. Sitting in at 203. Really leaning out too. I jacked the dosage a few times for igf to 200 just to see.. Was not disappointed.
 
Shit my bad.. i've been MIA.. Diet and training suffered for about a week or so cause I wasn't home..Long story short, lost my license..apparently doing 190 in a 70 is a bad thing lol.. anyway holding it at 203.. looking to push through the 205-210 mark soon. Veins are poping out like a mofo in my arms.. fuckin love IGF. Anyway i'm heading out to train....
