mc igf daily?

so far so good. applying 60mcg sub q daily. shaking off this shoulder injury so i havnt been able to really hit the weights hard yet. Im really wanting to experiance this pump everybody is talking about, so im thinking about applying IM on my next weight day. Any method to madness? just bi lateraly to the muscle group? or is there a specific site on the quads that i should pin? tks
 
Apply it into your shoulder, bi lat especially your injured shoulder. Sub q works but IMO hands down IM works so much better. For growth, shape and recovery. Shoulders, tris, bis, quads....apply it to the muscle group you're working that day. You won't be sorry......

good to know. tks. just pick a spot and apply? do i have to worry about hitting anything in certain parts of the muscles?
