MC's IGF - a girls pov/log

I trained arms today and took some preworkout pics along with afters. I'll get those up tonight. I applied igf to my biceps of course and as normal I instantly got a pump during my warmup!
I thought this was pretty funny, I ran into a friend at the gym and she poked my bicep commenting about my noticeable pump, lol! She doesn't know about igf, but I filled her in :)

As stated earlier, I applied igf to biceps and this pic was taken as soon as I got to the gym before even touching a weight

Solid pump Silk!! I trained arms yesterday too. The pump from IGF is insane!!
 
Thanks! Even though I'm standing like a dork, lol! I'll eventually get some shoulder pics up since that's what I really want to focus on. It's just a matter of when I can get to the gym with The Dude so he can take pics. I normally just apply igf to shoulders on days I train them, but now I do it there every training day except arms and legs. So about 3 times a week.

Open your pic with Paint and scratch your face out. Then save it and post it ;) Easy Peasy
 
So like I posted in my AAApeptide thread, I've been in a funk for the last few days. Really stressed about things I have no control over. I'm done with my "poor me" moment and back on track!! Stay tuned cause it's gonna get crazy!!! :)

So I was at the store today and some guy said "you have an incredible physique DUDE!" Lol, dude?!? Hey, it's a compliment so I'll take it :)

At times you can breeze through your stress as you are certain of what to do. While at other times, it could be that time of the month and you see a cat video on YouTube and you begin to ball, so dealing with any stress in that state would be highly unproductive. The best is to acknowledge your thoughts, meditate/pray, enjoy a nice warm Bath or a trip to a spa, train in moderation. Once your mind is at peace and you are content, then you can tackle your stress. And that's my 2 cents :)

And I appreciate your 2 cents. Thank you. I really need to work on not focussing my energy on things I can't control. One day at a time :) But the bad times certainly make you appreciate the good times that's for sure.

Idk. I never knew about igf till MC so theirs is the only brand I've ever used. I was happy with the results so I stuck with it. Maybe someone else here could answer that one for ya.
