mc store customer service

A few weeks ago I had an issue with my order and once it was resolved, Mr presser hooked me up with a free bottle of mc igf along with my original order. That's like $70 bucks free man and that was more than my order total! I thought that was very generous and just wanted to say thanks for that.

compared to all the orders i assume he doesnt mess up much and from what i hear always makes things right. enjoy brother
 
Thnx for sharing that Brutha! And yeah we screw up like anyone else but always try to fix it and save our customer relationship!
 
My order came so fast I didn't know how to act. The only way it could get better is if they forget to charge my card!!!!! Excellent service and even better product.

Presser takes care of his people.
I've been hanging out here for a while, and he has gone out of his way more than once to take care of me.
It's hard to find guys that are straight up and super professional when it comes to things like this.
I can't say enough good things about him, and ALL of his products are top notch!

Customer service is definitely one thing that you can't take away from this site. Presser is a man of his word, and he makes things right. Glad you got your situation resolved bud.
 
thought i would bump this since the holidays are coming up, things sometimes slow down with mail carriers, so if your orders aren't in your hands 5 minutes after ordering please take a deep breath, lol. people get testy this time of year so just a friendly reminder, that your in very good hands with us!

I would like to add the taste of the liquids are no where as bitter as other liquids I have had before great experiance all the way around with mc store
