After seeing all the positive reviews from trusted veteran board members I thought I would try the Muscle Chemistry Advanced Supplements IGF-1 Lr3.
The product was shipped quickly and packaged professionally.

I have decided to pin IM everyday. Post workout on training days.
I trained arms today and pinned 40 mcgs in each tricep for a total of 80 mcgs.
I loaded 80 mcgs in a slin pin and did 40 in one tri then 40 in the other.
As soon as I finished my workout I drank a shake made with pineapple juice and whey isolate.
30 mins after that I had another tall glass of pineapple juice with my post workout meal of jasmine rice and ground turkey.

Tomorrow is leg day and i plan on doing 40 mcgs in each calf post workout.
As always I appreciate all advice and recommendations.

That's a good dose you chose. MC IGF really helps keep the fullness, vascularity and pump!

Thanks Brother, I was originally planning on going 50 mcgs but then decided I would go straight to 80 mcgs, since there are no real risks of side effects.
It seems a lot of guys find a sweet spot over 60 mcgs.

I do have a question.....
Since I'm running PWO....
What are some things that you do every dose to ensure you get the most out of it?

Ok leg day today. I pinned 40 mcgs post workout in each calf.
Post training shake made with pineapple chunks with juice and a capri-sun (its all I had) and 50 grams whey isolate.
Meal will be pasta and tuna.

Now....my arms still seem pumped up from yesterday.
Not sure if thats the IGF-1 Lr3 but they are definitely fuller than normal.

that sounds exactly right brutha, and you'll also start noticing more vascualrity along with the muscles staying fuller longer if not around the clock! Sounds like your doing well.

As for your wanting to get the most out of taking it post workout , just be sure to force as much protein into your muscles as possible along with some carbs! Your nutrient uptake is much higher on the igf-1 lr3 so just take advantage of it.

Back and traps today.
PWO shake was "berry" juice and 50 grams whey isolate.
I pinned 40 mcgs in each delt PWO.
I considered pinning traps and or lats but got scared...lol
Meal will be chicken, broccoli and cheese wraps in flour tortillas with another glass of "berry" juice.

The pumps today were awesome, I usually start back with 7-8 sets of Pullups/weighted pullups but could only get through 6 sets.
My lats and upper back were absolutely filled with blood.
Hopefully this is an indication of what IGF-1 Lr3 does for your body.
Now I see why so many people say this is the best supplement around.

Any advantages of post over pre? I was always reading about preworkout and the benefits for your workout. I'm getting started soon and would love to hear from some vets.

Chest and Shoulders today.
Protein shake immediately following workout.
Pinned delts again today.
Half hour later whole food meal.

I intend to follow the same pattern of post workout shake with simple carbs, then pin muscle group worked, followed by whole food meal half hour later.
At least for the next 26 days.
On my next run I may go to pre workout pins, It seems that more people pin pre workout and get huge pumps!
I love the way it seems to help my muscles stay full all day.
Either way I say get some MC IGF-1 Lr3 and get it in your body!!!

Sounds like you're doing everything right for taking it Post Workout.
It's important to take advantage of it's nutrient shuttling effects.
You may get better results if you increase the amount of protein in your post workout shake though.
I'd try 80-100gm protein for a while and monitor for a difference. Just a thought...
Typically, the body can only use so much protein, but with IGF it's a whole different story!

Also, I would bet that the majority of your pumps have been coming from the 50mg/ED of Dbol that you have been taking.
If I'm correct, you are almost finished with the Dbol, so it will be interesting to see if the pumps remain once you discontinue the Dbol.
Of course, your Test should be kicking in and that's going to contribute to some nice pumps also!
That's a hefty dose, and after following your log, that's the dose I have decided to run in a few weeks.
I was scared to take more than 30-40mg/ED due to sides, so thank you for posting your results @ 50mg/ED.
I can't wait to give it a go!

Your IGF dose is Awesome! I'm sure that's going to help you hold onto your gains made from the Dbol.
Since you have been running A-Dex and Nolva, that should have kept the water down quite a bit.
So, you may end up with some quality muscle bro!
It's a really nice looking cycle!

You'll definitely get better pumps by going with the Pre-Workout method, but both definitely work.
It's just a matter if you want the crazy pumps, or a little more nutrient absorption.
That's why I add 5-10 egg whites (egg whites international) to my Pre-Workout shake.
I end up with abut 80gm protein in my pre-workout shake, and roughly 60gm carbs. 50/50 split Simple/Complex.
Sometimes the pumps are so crazy, I literally have to stop and take a break to stretch it out a bit.
IGF-1 Lr3 has a Half-Life of up to 30 hours, but it's definitely important to take advantage of that "Spike".
Like I said, both methods work. Just a matter of personal preference.

One more thing, you will find that a lot of experienced users say that the longer you run it, the better it works.
Most peptides are that way. They are different than AAS in this aspect.
I hope you are planning on running for at least a few months, or at the very least, through PCT.

Keep up the good work bro! Great log!

Arms today.
Pinned each tricep post workout.
I love this stuff my arms are still full of blood 4 hours later.

Yesterday was legs, pinned calves after.
Legs feel great today.

Did back and traps Wednesday, pinned delts PWO.
Yesterday did chest and shoulders, pinned delts again PWO.
Went back to work today after a week of vacation, couldn't wait to get home to pin triceps.
Love this stuff!!!
