Hi all....let me first state that I am pumped to be here and this site has been awesome. Such great info and members willing to help and share experiences. Presser has been great and I really have to give a shout to Nikon cause without him, I would be a lost puppy. Nikon has been a tremendous help and always took the time to discuss any questions I had and also shoot the shit. Thank you again my man.

So let's kick this off. Finally received a nice shipment of IGF and it was delivered fast and packaged right. Top quality for sure! Presser goes out of his way when sending out these packages. After hours of reading about IGF and many questions answered, it sounded like a no brainer to get this going. So a lil history....been out of the gym for close to 16 years. Used be extremely dedicated and in great shape. Fast forward to now, I am back in action with a new goal and focus. Unfortunately it started with an uphill climb since I packed on about 100lbs from my prime weight. Luckily I kinda wear the extra weight well, but it was no good and not healthy at all. So I started dieting earlier this year and finally hit the gym 2 months ago. Went right back to my old ways, but of course didnt have my old strength. Slowly is has been coming back and I am seeing a big difference. I am now down 60lbs.

I thought it was important to start with some history and now discuss my diet and supplements. My diet has been very clean. Eating 5-6 times a day usually. Typical mornings would look like this:

Egg whites, 2 scoops of almond butter, either steel cut oatmeal or 2 slices of organic sprouted flax bread. Sometimes I work in a coffee.

3 hours later I have a protein shake (JYM Whey which is fantastic - awesome profile) and either a serving of protein granola or these chia omega bars.

2 hours later a lunch - solid protein source of either chicken, shrimp or sashimi and then veggies.

On training days - I have a mass builder shaker and then a meal an hour after that.

Concerning supps, I have a specific routine I would like to share.

Wake up: Serving of my N.O. pills and BCAAs mixed with 5mg of Glutamine.
After Breakfast: Multivitamins, CLA, L Carnitine.
After lunch: CLA and L Carnitine

Preworkout: DYNO by RSP, 10MG of Creatine and half a scoop of Waxy Maize (carb drink - GREAT stuff - transports glycogen right into the muscles)
During workout: Sipping on BCCAs mixed with a full scoop of Waxy.

PostWorkout shake: Mass builder (17g of fat, 40g protein and 34gs of carbs - 450cal)
Last serving of CLA and L Carnitine

Before bed: BCCAs, 5mg of Glutamine, 2000mg of Arginine/Ornithine and 1000mg of l-lysine

So all of this has been going on for 2 months now and today we introduce......IGFFFFFFFFFFFFF!!!

I started with 40mcg in the biceps - 20 in each. Pinned fine and shortly after felt a little tighten. So that should be a tell tale sign that I got into the muscle. Today was Back and Bi's. Now after 15mins as instructed, I took down the preworkout shake above but this time I added a full scoop of Waxy to get 40g of carbs and added 24g of whey. Then I hit the gym 30 mins later.

I started with BI's and I felt strong. I could feel a bit of soreness at the pin site and they started to get a bit tight. Here was my routine:

Standing Barbell Curls - 4 sets (actually put up more weight tonight)
Standing hammer curls - 3 sets
Seated Preacher curls - 3 sets
Standing Cable curls - 3 sets
Rope pully curls - 3 sets

I always work in a few sets for forearms as well

I felt strong and pumped. Bi's were tight. The pump was very good. Nothing extreme though but good. I was sipping my carbs throughout.

I then finished with back - consisted of 12-13 sets. Pulldowns, seated rows, standing rows and pull ups.

2 hours+ later and my arms still feel tight and a bit pumped. I am really excited on how this will progress. Tomorrow is shoulders and I am already thinking of bumping up to 60mcg.

Would love some feedback. I plan on keeping this updated to track progress. I am hoping to gain more size and strength before I start to add more into this mix. Thanks guys!!

nice log brutha, so are you looking to lose that extra 100lbs you said u gained? just curious what that plan is

Hey Presser....I am actually already down 60lbs from that extra 100lb. I would be happy knocking that last 40 off. But this is not so much a numbers game for me this time around. I am looking at muscle mass and strength. I started to see my body change already in the past 2 months. I started to work in a fat burner as well. Now with the IGF, I am hoping to gain more of an edge with muscle building and fat loss since I am strict with everything else. I want to run this for a while before introducing some test or something.

Thanks Freight! This morning I am still feeling good. Usually the morning after training a specific body part, I dont feel as full or hard until maybe the next day or so. Its almost as if the muscle is exhausted and needs time to heal. But this morning after hitting Bi's last night, they feel hard and still a bit pumped! No PIP, but a tad of soreness as probably expected. Hitting shoulders later and will pin the mid delts.

Had to switch my training day, but I wanted to continue the IGF daily. So I hit the calves - 20mcg on each side. Inject site is sore, but thats about it. I guess that is common?

Pinned the side delts tonight since I'm working shoulders. Surprisingly no soreness afterwards like the other locations. This time though I bumped up the dose from 40 to 80mcg!

Not sure what type of pump is expected from the delts, but I didn't feel anything out of the ordinary. But I did feel strong and banged out 6 different exercises with at least 20 sets. But didn't see any swelling so far. I did my usual with hitting my prework out carb shake 15 mins after pinning. I also sip a carb drink while training. I did have a good workout though. Maybe the delts need more IGF?

Thanks for the shout out bro! LOL!
Honestly, it has been quite a bit of work, but I’m gonna do everything I can to help you get you there!
We have put A LOT of time into getting you up and running, but it's all gonna be worth it when you reach your goals!!

And, yes, Presser is the freaking MAN!
The longer you hang out here, and the more you order, the more you will realize that!

Your log looks great so far bro!
I like the format, and look forward to following!
Should be a nice ride!

I know we have discussed most of the following, but I thought it would be good to catch up the readers of this log:

First:
There's no need to rush on the Test.
You've only been back in the gym for 2 months, and a lot can (and will) happen without any substances in the beginning.
The IGF sure won't hurt though...

I do think starting at a TRT Dose (250mg/Week) would be good for you whenever you can get it.
NO OTHER ANABOLICS THOUGH! JUST TEST & MC IGF FOR NOW!

Getting your Test levels up will help you lean out faster and increase strength in addition to the IGF.
You will get more out of both of them if you take them together.
They work in perfect synergy, and compound the effects of each other! Amazing!

Like I said, I think you should go with Prop if you can handle the EOD injections (You're a big boy, I'm sure you can).
Honestly, it get's to where it doesn't bother you at all, and you may actually even start to like it. I DO!!
Okay, SO I LOVE IT! LOL!

Prop
will keep some of the water down (along with an AI), and obviously it will be out of your system MUCH faster in case you need to stop.
Any of these experienced guys will tell you that the lower your bodyfat % is, the more effective EVERYTHING in Body Building will be for you.
The absolute best way to do this is to drop the fat, then build the muscle, but there's nothing wrong with a recomp either.
The thing is, with your BF% where it is (30%?), you really just need to be focusing on leaning out as much as possible.
No offense. I know you are making excellent progress, but that's still pretty high.
I'm sure you know that, no matter how you "Hold It".
I'll bet you would look your best at 10% or below though... Just sayin'.
A fat burner is a good idea!
May I suggest some ALBUTEROL? We can discuss this through PM if you prefer.
It has a shorter Half-Life than Clenbuterol (which I love), plus many other benefits, and many pros swear by it.
That's what I'll be running pretty soon to really work on getting my BF down.
Trust me, lowering BF gets harder and harder the lower it gets!

I know you gave me your stats, but I had to clear my in/out box...again.
I remember 5'11", roughly 30% BF, but what is your weight?

It may not be a bad idea to add these stats to your initial post.

Just to be clear, how long has it taken you to lose the 60 lbs.?
Also, I didn't see anything about cardio.
I know it sucks, but I really think you should be considering hitting it pretty hard if you're not.
Just find something you like.
My favorite used to be riding my stationary bike while playing racing games! If you like racing games, you can't beat it!
It's funny how you catch yourself peddling faster when you get behind in the race. LOL!
Plus, it helps to keep your mind occupied.
I can't wait until I have a place where I have room to do this again!
Like everything else, you just have to find something you actually enjoy (that's the tough part), or most likely you won't stick with it...

Your diet looks great BTW! Keep it up.
Although, If your not counting daily Protein/Carb intake, you should be!!
At least for a month or two, so you will know for sure where you are at.
You might be surprised how much more you need...
I HATE counting all that stuff, but after a while, you won't need to unless you're getting rdy for a competition or something...

I pin ED, but as you know, I just do 20mcg total on off days (just in one of my calves of tri's. Not a big deal).
IGF 1-Lr3 has a Half-Life of 20-30 hours, so you just want to keep it in your system. I do.

For your Delts, you do mean 40mcg in each correct?
Like I said, I don't usually pin IGF in my delts, because I'm always putting something else there. HEHE!
Seems like that would be plenty though.

I basically do burnouts on every exercise now, and I really think that makes a difference as far as the pumps I get.
It makes sense to me that your muscles will fill up more by doing it this way.
You just need to try different things, but switching to burnouts (just as many reps as I can do) has really made a difference for me.
I don't really care about a lot of strength right now (although it has increased anyway).
I mostly just want to look good, so I go with medium weight and usually ends up being 15-20 reps/Set.
I'm no expert, but I think that's considered a "burnout". Or, "To Failure".

I know this may not pertain to your post, but hopefully it will help:
Our cases are very similar, so I wanted to throw this out there.
I dropped about 40lbs of fat over 2 years BEFORE I got back into the gym.
I also went 2 months before I started taking anything.

When I started, I thought I was gonna bulk/strengthen for my first cycle, but it ended up being a recomp.
I did get a lot stronger, but I was taking some good stuff!

You can read my first log here if you haven't.

There was some trial and error, but thankfully I had some help from a few really cool guys!
I learned that most of it comes down to your diet.
I gained inches everywhere, but I LOST weight!
I was upset that I was losing weight.
Thankfully, I was keeping measurements!

I hope you are doing that! The SCALE is the DEVIL!

Anyway, I liked it so much, that's how I plan to continue doing things until I get to 10%.
Then, I'm gonna try something different, but I'm gonna have to get advice from some Amateurs/Pros...
I still have A LOT to learn!!

I can't imagine the work it will take to get in the 6% range, and I'm not sure I want to. LOL!
I really want to have my BF tested, but I'm sure I've gotten it closer to 15%.
I'll be doing that soon. Hopefully...

I have yet to add ANY cardio, and I attribute A LOT of my Leaning out/Vascularity to MC IGF, but obviously diet plays a huge role.
Most guys will say it's 80% Diet, 15% Training, and 5% Supplements.
Not sure how accurate that is, but it sounds pretty close to me.
I'm down to 165lbs now (5'9"), which I never wanted to be.
I haven't weighed that since I was in high school, and I'm soon to be 37.
That just sounds small, but I'm bigger (and obviously more cut) at 165 than I was @ 195!
It really is cool watching your body change like that, but the whole weight thing still throws me off.
I just can't get used to that...

Anyway, My goal is to get to 180-190 @ 10% or less.
Hopefully that's in my near future...
I have no doubt with the support of this community, it's gonna happen!
I spent countless hours (seriously, hundreds of hours) on so many different forums before I found this one.
I did win some free Pro Hormones for Logging and stuff, but it still wasn't the same as it is here.
Honestly, I've only ran into 1 or 2 real douchebags here, which is impossible to say about other forums!
You landed in a Gold Mine Bro, and there's no need to go anywhere else from here.

I hope you like to read! HAHAHA!
