just got my Mc igf and im pumped! im taking a break from slin, love igf because i it get a tighter pump ,less puffy looking, and dont have to think or worrying about going hypo, plus alot leaner.
higher igf level = more muscle. also picked up some dex! always top notch stuff from Musclechemistry store! best products around and fast t/a ! :cool:

I take 50mcgs daily on average. I take it pre-workout as well followed by loads of carbs then hit the gym hard!

Not sure how much freakinthegym uses now, but i know he has ben using it for years so his doses might be higher than mine, though I've been using it for over a decade but i rarely raise my dosages, i try to keep it the same

I take it about 30-45 minutes prior to gym, i eat 4-5 flavored oatmeal packets right after i take the igf, then when i get to the gym i sip on a 50/50 carb/protein drink throughout workout, then after the gym i pound a shitload of protein and some carbs. I do this religiously for the last decade
 
oh i also do daily carb cycles, so those carbs are the first carbs of the day for me, so i actually can see myself expanding after downing those carbs before the gym, works great for me

I use to like Slin but I see no need now because of IGF. I will agree with Presser I stick to 50-60mcg now. I have done higher like 100mcg and loved it but now that I am older and smarter I think low and slow is the best way for quality gains.
 
60 to 80mcgs a day . I like mine 45 mins to hr before gym carbs and protein . Oatmeal is cheap and fast to make. Love it! Ive done used 250mcgs for 3 days before comp helps the carbs fill in. Worked great till i pulled to much water. Lesson learned
 
How many days were you on before you felt anything? I've been on mine for 2.5 days. I haven't worked out yet today, but thought I noticed a small pump doing legs yesterday....wasnt sure if it was placebo or the MC IGF!

You'll feel it pretty fast so it wasn't placebo you were feeling Brutha and you'll start seeing changes in just a couple weeks
