Newb to IGF 1 LR3.. Have a few questions...

I see all kind of guys on here taking this in different ways to the point its a bit confusing to me. After reading all these posts I am now thinking I will be going pre wo. Do you need to carb up with it as I see a lot off people doing but its not something I usually do. I usually do it post wo. and I usually take about 20g of high fructose carbs but I see most guys taking more than double that. I am really looking to get a good workout and get stronger and leaner. Can I get some suggestions on how a beginner like myself would take this peptide and get the most out of it with my goals. Thanks, Guys

Yes definitely load up carbs pre workout.

I did read that quote and some others and thats why I am asking these questions i want to get it dialed in correctly. So I'm thinking about doing the oatmeal 45 mins or so prior and then 30grams high fructose after? the only thing about doing this for me is that I usually do a pre wo energy drink also and it usually doesn't go well with food in my stomach. Not to mention I don't usually eat that many carbs on a regular basis. Thats why I'm not sure whats best with my goals.

i think you will be ok with the energy drink on top of the added carbs/food, your body will force more of it into your muscles for fuel for your workout.

And yes lots of guys use it many ways, and mainly because the LR3 igf-1 is long acting, so its gonna work regardless of when ya take for the most part, its just figuring out exactly what works best for you and your body, so i highly recommend using it how i do first and see how ya feel.

Maybe you could add some maltodextrin or dextrose to your preworkout and get your carbs that way.

Dextrose is such a simple sugar that your body doesn't have to break it down, so it raises insulin almost instantaneously. It's basically dietary glucose, one type your body breaks all other sugars -- including lactose and sucrose -- into before they can be used. Maltodextrin consists of a string of glucose molecules, which your body easily breaks down so it digests almost as quickly as dextrose. It is usually derived from corn or potato starch.
 
30-45 minutes for me followed by oatmeal leaving time for stomach to settle before gym and I drink carb/protein drink during workout. I use to down a quick energy drink at gym when they had ephedrine in them lol
 
I recommend you eat in your pre workout meal 60 minutes before you work out then right before you train take a Igf if you I recommend you eaten your pre workout meal 60 minutes before you workout then right before you train take igf. This is from GF
never drink or eat carbs until at least 20 minutes into your workout,otherwise it will cause your body to not release a igf. The other way to take it is right after meaning within 5 minutes that way the IGF knows what receptors to bind to and doesn't buy into things like your organs. That's where distended bellies come from
if you do post workout have your shake of straight protein no carbs however keep carbs like Gatorade in hand in case you feel like you are going into diabetic shock and trust me you will know if you are that's why you have a Gatorade other than that protein shake at least 25 grams as soon as you get done lifting no carbs for 30-45 minutes after. Also if you are going to do post workout you might as well add something like 5iu'sof Slin with the IGF just make sure for every iu of Slim you are eating at least 10 grams of carbs... everyone is going to have a different way of taking it bottom line is try and see what works for you. You should also look into cjc-1295 or otherwise known as MGF ,mechanical growth factor it will make your igf a lot more potent. good luck brother.

I have tried it and came to the conclusion that you can't do it wrong since it is so long acting, but certain things help you feel it better. If you want the pumps, do it pre and with plenty of carbs. Play around with timing and types of carbs, I think everyones body handles it a little differently...........for example I take it 2-3 hour pre workout when I use sub q. If I go IM, I take it 30-45 min preworkout.

But that is my body, to each his own.
 
Thanks for the advice guys, Im thinking I'm going to try it 45 mins before workout and then add some carbs with my pre wo drink. Ill let you all know how it goes.

You are right however, because it long acting wouldn't it stick to other things like organs?unless you create hyatrophy it can stick to anything like organs . correct? I could be wrong? but I read this in the anabolic Bible..

i do it pre-workout for the things i read here. I use it about 40 min before workout, and my meal is 100gr oats with some blueberrys, strawberry, blackberrys (here they sell everything together in a packet and it comes frozen) so i take a little bit, coconut powder an a spoon of honey, al together and is delicious, also i add a protein shake of 30gr and after i work out. After my workout i continue with my diet, normally rice and chicken at that time.

I would like to try it post-workout but i really love that way and i don't know if i will try it. Hope that it helps you man
