Recommendations for first cycle

Hello all!
I'm just starting my first cycle with IGF-1 LR3. The only experience I've ever had was with aas...YEARS ago. I've already done hours of reading and research, but figured it wouldn't hurt to go ahead and ask opinions about how I should proceed.

My goal is to put on around 10-15 lbs while keeping my bf under 8%. I'm 5'7 145lbs (no laughing, please!! lol). I've started to train with weights 3-4 times a week and also do cardio specific workouts, sometimes on the same day.

First injections were done post-workout IM (20 mcg each bicep). I had only planned on pinning on workout days, but am completely open to any recommendations from you men & women! Would I notice anything if I went sub-q on my off days? Also thinking about adding a morning shot on workout days. Should that be done sub-q or im?

Sorry if I sound like a complete noob, but I just wanna make sure that I maximize the potential of the igf!
 
nah bro you dont sound like a newbie, you sound like a guy taking his fitness goals serious! I would not go back and forth between subq and I.M i would stick to one and since your already doing muscle, i would stick with it, i would also HIGHLY recommend using it daily, not just workout days. makes a huge difference and remember when were not training and when were resting is when the real growth happens, so your gonna want to fuel your body/ muscles with as much nutrients as possible, and igf-1 lr3 helps shuttle / force more nutrients into you like insulin, hence the name insulike-like growth factor-1 lr3

What about pre-workout versus post-workout? Does it come down to personal preference?

basically it comes down to personal prefrence as its long acting , and will work regardless of when taken, however timing it does come into play if your loading up on carbs just once a day before the gym, that would make it the optimum time for taking the igf, and gets more in depth than that but if your not carb cycling daily and such, i wouldnt worry about it
 
I have used it both ways bro and like IM these days. However long as its from a up and up company its going to work.
 
I run mine now at 50 mcg pre-workout and 50 mcg post workout. After my surgeries I started running it after my therapy (post workout) and got used to it, but I missed the pumps I received. Definitely did not want the pump during physical therapy, I missed the pumps, so I decided to spit it.

Ohhh.... and I like IM, if you are looking to lean out, try sub-q, I've read it works better for this.
 
Just an update...I've decided to stick strictly with im. The pump has been insane. Today was shoulders & tris (40 mcg pre-workout), and I can honestly say that I've never felt so jacked during a workout. This stuff is amazing! I'm not sure how this is possible, but I've been eating like a beast and have put on 4 lbs already. Almost at 150. I'm hoping to keep my diet on track so I continue to see these gains.

That's whats so nice about IGF, you don't have to wait so long and spend so much money to see results like HGH. Plus the shit works great. The best incentive is if you by 6 or more Presser throws in a free, used, unwashed pair of black speedos, previously worn during one of his intense workouts! It's a win-win...
