IGF-1 Lr3 Review from MuscleChemistry. never felt so jacked, stuff is amazing

Just an update...I've decided to stick strictly with im. The pump has been insane. Today was shoulders & tris (40 mcg pre-workout), and I can honestly say that I've never felt so jacked during a workout. This stuff is amazing! I'm not sure how this is possible, but I've been eating like a beast and have put on 4 lbs already. Almost at 150. I'm hoping to keep my diet on track so I continue to see these gains.

Just an update:

This last week, I upped the dosage to 60 mcg/day.
Monday: Back/Bis
Tuesday: Shoulders/Tri
Wednesday: Chest
Thursday: Legs
Friday: Arms

This week has easily been my best/most productive week in years. I worked out arms twice, really trying to add some bulk! Pumps are ridiculous. I left the gym on Friday feeling like my arms were gonna pop....but I felt like I easily could have pumped out another 3 sets.

My weight this week stayed steady between 152-155. Diet has stayed consistent. I still feel like I need more food intake. I'm currently not drinking a protein shake, so I'm thinking that may be my next course of action.

Starting my my second vial this week. Going to change up dosage again to 80mcg per workout day / 40mcg per rest day to see if I notice any differences.
 
quick question? Everybody says the pump is amazing, and the pumps I get from my pre workout is sometimes almost painful, do you still take any pre workout with the igf?
 
well i take a shit load of oatmeal after my igf then hit the gym lol, thats my preworkout
 
i havent seen him back or update us, but figure its still a solid review to bump up for everyone to read!
 
Alright guys & gals, after a long absence due my new job, I'm back. Final result: 156 lbs which was an 11lb gain. A moderate, yet noticeable increase in strength. I've been getting complements left and right.

I'm happiest with my drop in body fat %. Went from 9.25% down to 7%. Feeling lean and cut like a mf'er. Vascular as fuck. That was with ZERO cardio. All Workouts ranged from 50-80 minutes. Everything was shot bi-lat. I honestly couldn't tell a difference from 60 to 80 mcg injects so I ended up staying with 60mcg/day. Really felt like the sweet spot for me.

Overall, extremely happy with the product and it's results. I'm actually placing my order for 5 more vials tonight.

For this next cycle, I've already prepped for plenty of protein (Whey for days / Casein for nights) but I'm still looking for a quality pre-workout. So if anyone has any suggestions, I'm all ears.
 
I stack my igf1 with Mr. Hyde preworkout and it's AMAZING! Last night I trained for a solid 3.5 hours straight, not because I had to but because I didn't want to leave! Just don't expect to fall asleep for at least 6-7 hours after taking it
 
Where do you inject it? I've heard different things on forums, do you inject where you want to get big or the usual stomach area? For example, if you want bigger arms you inject in each bicep? If I inject around my penis area will it make it bigger? j/k but seriously, where is best?

Inject to muscles your working out that day or lagging muscles your trying to bring up. I've been using muscle chemistry igf-1 lr3 for 2 years now and will never cycle with out it again
