IGF-1 Lr3 Dose and Downregulation Question

Dear members,

Please take a moment to list the doses of IGF-1 Lr3 you have used in the past, the time frame before experiencing downregulation of receptors, and the duration of your break before cycling on again.

For example, Average Joe used ___ mcg per day for ___ weeks before noticing diminished effects and therefore took ___ weeks off before continuing again.

i have taken 30mcg to 200mcgs, and I can tell you from my personal experience, you dont feel any different once you go over 100mcgs, i found it to be a waist, then again, i know some pros, who go through a bottle every 2 days and take 500mcgs daily, but they also eat like pros, around the clock so they are benefitting from the extra igf and its insulin-like forcing of the nutrients. but for us average joes, no need to go that high,

me personally i stick to 50mcg daily, and i stay on it, and i mean i stay on it for many many months, have used it for a year and some odd months straight before, and have always felt it in me and working when i took!

Old school train of thought and many old articles said 4 weeks on then 4 weeks off , otherwise you would down regulate your receptors, or build up immunity through some sort of anti-bodies, ive read it all! and well i thinkits bullshit! BS!

People preach how you have to stay on HGH long term to start feeling it, and were talking 6 months minumum, to years , and we all know The growth factor is what the hgh turns into after passing through the liver, so i think its none sense personally, and have read all the reasoning behind it, and im just telling you that i stay on it, and its like the fountain of youth for me!
 
Is that 50mcg per site per day or 25/25? Not used igf in years due to having to split the doses on each body part it put me off.

I'm using 30 mcg / day. I don't split the dose bi laterally. I just rotate the body parts. I will when money permits increase the dose 50 mcg or even try 100 mcg.

I have been using it steady for about 3 months. Works just like day 1
 
Years ago I did 100mcg per day and thought the 4 weeks on max plan presser is taking about was key. However years ago I did a vial of GH per day thinking that was key lol. Now I stand behind low and slow for longer cycles = more quality gains.
 
I'm on my 8th week I believe now - started around 60mcg and now bounce between 80 - 100. Last night I went to 120 or so to see if I felt any difference. Working back and bi's. I did feel very strong. Didn't notice any difference in the pump and I did load up the carbs. Some days I feel more pumps than others...but then again, I think more pumps are felt with guys combining their IGF with their gear. Am I right???

15 mins after pinning, I have been taking down a banana, 2 packets of protein oatmeal, 1 scoop of Syntha 6 Protein Powder and 2 tablespoons of organic honey. In another 15-20mins, I down my pre-workout drink then that also consists of 1 scoop of WaxyMaize (40gs of carbs).

I will personally give my body a break soon only because I am starting a cycle. But I will bring it back and probably keep it at the 60mcg dose. I have seen my body change in a short period of time. I am also using SARMS, but I gotta think that MC IGF is playing a huge role.

I have a different opinion. I prefer to use MC IGF only pretraining, but I have never noticed any down regulation and I've used it for well over a year 5 days a week and the results are always fantastic. I have noticed that I'm forced to start out a little lower after a long lay off, but I also don't get the same fantastic effects at the lower doses. I like to do about 80-120 mcg total per day, but I've used more when really dieting hardcore and it helped me retain muscle and get solid pumps.
I personally feel that the real effects of IGF the growth of new cells and the physique changes are better realized with longer dosing protocols. Not quite as long as GH protocols, but similar concept. I think alot of people underestimate the effects of IGF since quality products (from Musclechemistry ) are available legally and readily. The quest for good GH has more mysticism that people are drawn to.
 
I still like low and slow vs higher amounts and dealing with "chance" of down regulation (never had down regulation on MC product) . However I also know when its time to stop vs add more.

I agree 99% of the time. IGF for me works best at higher doses only on training days. That being said I would do 100 days at 50mcg over 50 days at 100mcg.
