Hypothetically,
I would say you are ok- I know of 6 months storage and still good (also was clear liquid).
The thing you have to look at mostly- if it has turned cloudy, I would say it's gone.
no personal experience with room temp storage sorry, just what ive heard from others and what studies ive read, i always keep mine cold just incase lol
