Anyone here use IGF-1 on non-training days? I was thinking about working it in on my days off sub-q for the added fat burning benefit. Any thoughts on that or what time of day would be best using it in this aspect?
I have definitely heard of it on days off remember your body repairs itself and grows on your days off so it is great in that aspect I just wouldn't take too much I would stay low on the 30 to 40mcg side. Only because you haven't trained anything that day,and you do not want to stick into your intestines since no receptors in your muscles are active for it to bind to.
I definitely agree with that because like I said those days off are the days you are recovering and growing so there is definitely a benefit to get in the IGF into those muscles you train the day before..
