Seems like my core temps may be up, because I'm sweating my ass off in the gym. Endurance is picking up, strength is up a touch, and the pumps are crazy. My diet isn't exactly perfect, but I am going to have to put another hole in my belt because it's not going tight enough anymore. By next week, I'm going to try something with my diet, just for giggles. Nothing but shakes all day, except for 2 of my meals. One, because my jaws get extremely too pumped and tired when I'm eating, and 2, to bump my protein but cut down on fat and carbs. I'll take another pic this weekend to see if there's a noticeable difference in my appearance yet.
