Holy PUMPS Batman! First MC IGF run

Well did legs today. I did 60mcg bi-lateral on quads. Pump was pretty nuts. TO be honest, It was hard to push through them. I got it done but man... rough. I couldn't walk after the first set of hacks. lol. Leg press I could barely get out 8 reps. It was a pretty cool feeling though. ;)

I might have to change up something next time though. Maybe less carbs or less mcg, I don't know. Any suggestions?

are you having to cut short your sets do to the pump?

well kinda, normally i do like at least 12 reps minimum. So I'm waiting a lot longer in between sets to get the pump to go down abit, but it doesn't. Maybe do sub-q instead of site?

i wouldnt change anything man if your getting good results, maybe just more time between sets, but i wouldnt change anyting else your doing ya know,

Time to order more. :) Results are still good as usual. Still leaning out. Pumped often.

Starting cutting carbs out abit and def leaning out more but just basing my carbs around my workouts.

Alright so, I have another batch of MC IGF coming. Im going to start experimenting with timing the injections. The last 4 bottles I have done IM pre-WO with great results. 60mcg total bi-lateral. Im going to move it around abit maybe to post-WO or in the morning. I know everyone tends to like Pre-WO as I did as well. But you will never know if something is better by just listening to what other people say. I like doing things for myself and proving my own results. So Im probably going to switch it up and report back to this thread my thoughts and findings.

So did you wind up changing it up with how and when you took the IGF-1 lr3 brutha?

oh and I got your private message this morning,

nope Im still blasting right now so Im having a hard time switching things up from doing 80mcg bilateral. It just works too good right now. lol. I am doing 4 sites though. so 20-20-20-20. On off days I am doing 50mcg subq.

And ya I saw the thread press about the lottery stuff so no need to reply.

ok, cool, and damn 20/20/20/20 , thats dedication right there lol

I like to experiment all the time. And for site specific growth microdosing has been working just as I imagined... damn well.

Knowledge is power Press.... or thats what reading rainbow told me once when I was 10.... ;)

I am noticing that when administering sub-q that the half life is MUCH longer which I know on paper makes sense vs IM... but just to reiterate.

Per my experiments....

sub-q --- Last longer in system. Tends to be better for fatloss. Takes longer to kick in. Feel much more of a full body pump.

IM --- Faster acting, specific site growth where injected, Injury healing more pronounced site specific IM, Larger PUMP in specific area vs sub-q.

I realize these statements may be obvious to some because of the nature of anything injected IM vs sub-q can be generally understood. (blood flow, absorption) However, for those more laymen... these are my findings.

Nice thread you have going here. You mentioned something about an injury near the beginning of the post. Looks like that problem has been solved. Do you think pinning in or near an injury site would accelerate recovery, or should I just go sub?

Ups for the log and review

Well put together! Great review

I guess it depends on the severity of the injury you are dealing with. If its just "bothersome" and you like the benefits I have listed above as per sub-q administration, start there.

IF the injury is detrimental to your lifting and you cant even get through an exercise... you may consider IM site injection.

FWIW - I have given some of my clients MC ig-f for those complaining about injuries and they are blown away with the results. Mostly people with shoulder problems.

Lastly, you could do both. Split the dosing IM and sub-q. Hope this helps.

Awesome, thank you. i will probably start sub at 40, just to see how i react to it. Then i will probably go to IM after a week.

Ya just play around with it. Im an advocate for making informed decisions on your own experimenting. It PAINS me to see everyone that claims to be experts who just regurgitate information on forums. One must be humble, take advice with a grain of salt, and make your own decision based on one's experience as to not be a complete tool. Advice is just that... Advice. Nothing is factual until you prove it to yourself.
