We know most igf-1 users like to take bi-lateral igf-1 lr3 injections , meaning both sides of the body. Example if your training arms, you will take your igf injection and split it into two seperate shots, one in your right bicep and one in your left bicep. Many report this is much better than say doing your injection of igf all in one spot.
However has anyone here tried bi-lateral mini injections? Meaning injecting each bicep muscle maybe 3 to 4 times in different areas of the bicep muscle. Its said that you'll get much better site specific growth and more uptake of your igf when doing many mini injections to each muscle group.
For the sake of simplicity lets say your doing 100mcgs daily, and you normally do 50mcgs in each muscle (right and left bicep) , mini injections of around 12.5 mcgs injected into 4 seperate areas of the bicep, and do so on each side. This is whats called mini or micro injecting.
Just curious if anyone has tried this out?
me personally I have done bi-lateral, and i have used igf just n one muscle per day , and i also have used it subcutaneously on my abs.
I have found that daily subq igf-1 lr3 in the abs keeps the fat off me well, and keeps me tight and vascular. Im a simple man and i like to keep things simple! So when on my cruise cycle of just testosterone propionate, i will just hit my abs every day with the igf subq.
However when i want to add to my cycle some trenbolone , and winstrol, i will then switch my daily igf-1 from subq ab shots, to muscles im traijing that day, and on my days off from the gym i will still keep the igf in my muscles.
Due to IGF-1 lr3 being systemic, the truth is you cant wrong, which is why so many igf-1 lr3 users report success using it in many different ways!
So, who's down for multiple mini igf-1 injections? lol.
