IGF-1 lr3 beginner

Hello my name if Pete. I'm new to this site. I've been reading a lot of these threads and so so far i have found them very helpful. But i would like some help with getting started. I'm 31 now and I'm a firefighter in texas. Its been harder for me to lean out and find the energy to work out these days. Job takes a toll on me at times. How would i use these supplements to achieve my goals. I'm 6'3 at 260lbs i would like to be back at my ideal weight of 230 lean. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
 
Welcome Pedro to MuscleChemistry.com. Many of us can relate brutha. Losing bodyfat is real simple (on paper) burn more calories than you take in. Is it really that simple no. You have to dig deep and make sure you are working out consistently and eating healthy most of the time. It will never be easier than it is right now bro. It only gets harder as we age.
 
welcome to MC have you had blood work done? im a big fan of MC igf yes it does help burn fat and actually does much more like heal injuries and build muscle which you may gain weight. diet and cardio will be the main thing to help lower your weight but at your age i would make sure you dont have low T if you fatigue during the day or may have sleep apnea

It sounds like IGF-1 lr3 would do you some good! However what is your current sitaution in training, diet and what is your body fat (round about guesstimate) ??

You should see a serious improvement in your energy levels on igf as long as your training and or being active (firefighter) , and as Iron Game stated, it really all comes down to diet diet diet, everything you mentioned that is bothering you, fatigue, energy, wanting to lose weight, all of that can be fixed with a better diet period, and without the aid of supplements, or steroids and even without IGF-1 lr3.

but of course if your taking something and feeling it, of course it will help motivate you even more to stick with it and reach those goals of yours!

My diet isnt as bad as it was a few months back. I changed it up. My fat is about 25%. I did blood work. My test and t3 are at normal ranges. I've tried multiple supplements that get me a good start and pump but after a few weeks i dont feel anything anymore. My joints start aching again a muscle fatigue starts to kick in and takes a long longer to recover. How do you take igf and for how long would you run the cylcles for. Would there be anything else i can take along with it like dmaa

I highly recommend taking an ECA stack! 25mg ephedrine hcl, 400mg caffeine, 80mg- 325mg aspirin

its all stuff you can buy over the counter and works great as a thermogenic to burn fat big time
 
I tried taking ECA stack and didn't see much of a difference. I purchased the ephedrine online maybe it wasnt of good quality. I tried the stack for about 4 weeks and maybe lost about 5 lbs and my diet was put in check at that time. I'm going to give it another try tho. I'm definitely going to be buying igf through this site.

That sounds really good. Thank you. i appreciate that. Whats in the core burner if you dont mind me asking? How long will each bottle last me and how many days straight will i use igf? I've read a lot when its best to be taken. On workout days its best to be taken after a work out. What about non workout days

since your a first time user of igf, yeah you can do that, but you will likely find that after a couple weeks, your going to know your not going to want to stop at 2 month mark lol,
 
30mcgs to 50mcgs. if your just staying on for 2 months, then i would suggest 50mcgs daily. If you plan on using it every day long term if you find that its working really well for you then i would say 30mcgs daily for long term use!

each vial has 1,000mcg so if you did 50mcgs daily that would last you 20 days,
