MC IGF-1 Lr3 this is LEGIT

Everything is the same. I'm sure just shedding some body fat muscle bellies are full a d rounder than ever we have to remember I have been basically sitting on my ass doing nothing since surgery. I mean I've been training but with one arm.

I have only been using my right arm for as long as I've been on the igf which is now 11 days so in my opinion I have just barely tapped into the benefits of this miracle product.

Good morning MC. Another awesome leg day In the books. Weight back to 190 crazy vascularity In the quads I don't know what else I can say about MC's igf. This stuff is amazing. Have u got strength increase?I feel more energy and strength no vascular effects yet but I'm on 5-6 days .keep us posted

Here is where I'm at with strength. It's really gauge anything with my upper body right now. Since I'm still one armed basically. But the accident was February 19th. So I know I have not squatted since then until May 23rd was my first day under the squat bar again and I believe the most I got from 405 was 5 reps. This morning I worked put 2 sets 405 1st set 10 reps 2nd set 12 reps. Partners gave me shit that I didn't go up to 495 but I was pretty content. I still have a long road ahead of me. Now I had still been doing legs but we all no that leg press is not the same as squats. So all that to say fuck yes it makes you stronger. Lol

This morning I doubled my igf dose, and i could feel a difference in the pump but not sure it was a big enough difference to continue on that path. Unless someone could show me that maybe the healing effects. Might be worth it cause I am reahabing my tricep. I'm @ hoping for some input if doubling will heal it faster that's the way I want to go. Getting back to work is first priority. So I can order some more hope to stay on for a long time

So I mentioned earlier this morning that I had doubled my dose of MC igf and I honestly noticed a little extra from it in the workout but wasn't sure it was worth staying at this dose. Well I have a new opinion 10 hrs later. THE PUMP finally subsided about 4 hrs later then I ate holy shit I was pumped again thought to myself very cool. Now I have just finished dish's cleaned some house. And the pump I have from doing nothing had me laughing outloud while I was doing said dish's

Hey brother, I was wondering if you have felt any of the sleepiness associated with the IGF. I was reading one of the posts on here and it said you may have some sleepiness. Not that it's a bad thing, just curious. If so, I may start looking for a thermo or something to help me threw the day.
 
Brother I wish to God I could find something to make me sleep melatonin don't work ambien made me sleep walk. Anyway if it helps you sleep I will be very jealous. Right now I am drinking some sleepy time tea and I fall asleep quick but if I get 4 hrs straight it would be a miracle and once I wake its on the hour almost exactly that I'm up again

i hate that waking up multiple times at night, i thinks it the testosterone though, as for igf-1 lr3 making you sleepy, i dont know about that, maybe some have reported lethargy from going a little hypo, but other than that not much reported on

i wish i knew a cure, i get up so much its annoying and half the time i sit up on the side of my bed and fall back asleep sitting there and wake up still sittting on side of bed with my head slumped forward and then will have a sore neck all day, happens alot
 
Damn bro that's worse than I got it. At least when I get up I'm up for 5-10 min. With no pain in the neck. Back to what this thread is suppose to be about the most amazing product I've found to date. And i have to say again that I have used several different brands, their is no comparison MC'S IGF 1 IS HANDS DOWN THE BEST
