Hey folks,
So literally found all this by pure chance or divine guidance, not sure which. Was looking for something completley different and somehow google pulled up this forum in the results. I've been reading and researching ever since. I had no idea that this was even a thing.
My deal is that I was in stellar shape my whole life, up until life got too crazy and I hadn't lifted anything heavier than a cup of coffee for about 3 years. The worse I got, the more it murdered my metabolism and my motivation to do anything. Until last august I said screw it, I don't care if I gotta take a pay cut I am making the time. Started lifting again and it has sucked! It is so much better to keep it than it is to get it back. Been eating clean and hitting it hard and seeing the results but recovery is slow and results are slower. I miss being strong. Lean and powerful again is my goal. Alright so that's me.

My first question has to do with using this IGF-1 Lr3. Mostly a practical question, If it has been asked already I missed it so I apologize if I am repeating something.
What I have read so far about it, this comes as a very low volume dose. My concern with that is dose accuracy and waste. Those little tick marks on that tiny syringe it seems like it could be difficult to be consistent. The other part, with the does volume being so small it seems like it wouldn't take much to lose a few mcg making doses inconsistent. Is there a safe way to dilute it down a bit just for the sake of easier measuring? Is this something I should even be worried about?
I'm about to put in my first order, I'm sure I'll have more questions once I get it.

Thanks!

no you do not want to add anything to the vial, however what you can do is backload your syringe with bact water or sterile water and then pull your dosage of igf out and this way the back loaded water will push out every last bit of igf, but do NOT add any type of water to the vial, it will quickly degrade your igf,

personally i wouldnt even backload syringe as your not going to waste it, 99.9% will come out.

lastly no its the last thing you should be concerned with or worried about!

welcome to MC!

I used to think the same way. As far as waste in the syringe the plunger will push all of it out. Now getting to that last little bit in the vial... I snip the metal ring off and carefully insert the syringe in against the glass to get every last drop

Thats like looking through the rug on the floor for little lost coke rocks at the end of the night! Lol

I do the exact same thing.

Finally Got my order in. Definitely going to keep track of progress.
My next question is, what is a good starting point? Naturally everyone responds differently, and so has found what works best for them. Based on what I've read so far I'm thinking 20mcg post workout for the first week or 2 just to see how I take it and adjust fire from there.
Anything to add or avoid in diet?

Thanks!

I am starting at 40. But I am using it as a therapeutic supplement as I have an elbow injury. With that being said. I took 40 sub to the belly yesterday and did a ton of hiking. And holey shit, leg pumps galore. I took 40 to my left tricep (injury site) today. I had a mild workout, and I mean mild. I still have a decent pump 4 1/2 hrs later. So for me 40 is a good starting point. I don't think my elbow could have taken much more. Just light workout made my left tricep get a pump, it kinda hurt due to the injury. A good hurt, if that makes sense.

Good luck. Keep us posted.

That is awesome to hear. I hate cardio with a passion because my genetics are more like a truck than a race car. So I ruck heavy and hard for that good "I could stomp a building down" leg pump.
I can't wait for that to get better.
Good luck with working the injury, I know how that goes.

I was going to wait till Monday and start at the beginning of the week but couldn't wait.
Now I know. It is real. oh wow. split 30mcg in the bi's and literally getting that full tight feel long after putting the weights on the rack.
That is such a good feeling to have it drives to push more and get the most out of it.

That's what I do, too. I call mc igf my miracle in a bottle!

Start low and go up from there, depending on how your respond to it. If you get great results from a lower dose, why waste it by jumping big out of the gate?

That makes sense. I was concerned about waste in other ways, didn't think about it from a mileage perspective.

Hello everyone, is anyone getting "black and blue" at the application site ? I've only used the MC IGF-1 twice now and both times I see discoloration at the injection site a few hours later. I'm using it sub-q. Thanks

that would be from the injection itself friend. its just the trauma to the skin and blood coming to its aid. its not from the igf-1, what size needle r u ising and how are you doing it, angled, streight
