Just trying to understand this, if i were to use 30 MCG of IGF what number on the syring would be correct ?

The very first number on the top near the needle is 5 and the last number is 50. Thanks

You multiply each tick mark by ten to get the mcgs

so 10 mark is 100mcg

20 mark is 200mcg

30 mark is 300mcg

I'm guessing your syringe is only half an ml? In which case you would double everything and multiply by 20 to get mcg
