Presser Admin Staff member Administrator Aug 17, 2016 #4 You multiply each tick mark by ten to get the mcgs so 10 mark is 100mcg 20 mark is 200mcg 30 mark is 300mcg I'm guessing your syringe is only half an ml? In which case you would double everything and multiply by 20 to get mcg
