Crew,

There has to be data out there regarding females that have used IGF-1 Lr3. Can someone give me some feedback, please.

Thank you.

Yeah, I'd like to read more about women and the use of IGF as well. I've taken it off and on for years and I'm currently using it daily now. I've only had experience with MC's IGF and love it!! Amazing pumps for one thing. Feel free to ask me anything and I'll help if I can.

we have a few female review here on their using igf-1 lr3, I will try to bump them up to the top of this forum for ya!

I tried to send a PM but my computer is crap. My wife has had a lot of health issues and gained over 100 lbs due to the meds that she was put on. She was also diagnosied incorrectly as well. Just want to get a female's view point on what IGF could do for her.

Thank you so much.

How long would one bottle last? Just trying to check everything out. Looks like .20 would be a good dosage for her.

im no math major but its well worth the money. its one of those products you actually notice pretty quick. not sure what you wife is hoping to accomplish from running it if its just weight loss you might want to look at other things as well. MC igf is a really amazing product that has many benefits which im sure you have now read about but diet and exercise are most important if you are poor with either its not going to be as effective. unless you are just trying to help heal an injury or get a good pump in the gym from time to time

Well said, and I will go a step further, where ironjulius probably wanted to but was being maybe respectful by not wanting to say, YOU should NOT bother with IGF-1 lr3 until you have a good handle on diet, training and at least have your Body fat Percentage under control, you dont need to be shredded, but you also cant be like 25%-30% body fat and expect that the igf-1 lr3 will do too much for you. I personally would steer you or anyone for that matter away from using igf until they had everything else in check.

im one of those fat guys that actually had great results from IGF lol im not really fat i guess around 15% but it slimmed my waist and increased my biceps without any change in diet which is not that great i like bacon, egg and cheese biscuits also cheeseburgers and pizza oh and PB&J before bed with milk

im sure silk was able to share more if it would be a good fit for his wife

Dr. T Bear (I like your name), I sent you a pm. I know you said you were having issues with your computer so if you didn't get it let me know.

Crew, this has been awesome information. My wife as I said earlier has had major health issues ( Adrenal Fatigue, Adult Asthma, Fiybromaligia, heart issues and depression). The doctors misdiagnosed her for years and she gained over 100 pounds on the meds that she was giving. She now has to sleep with a Cpap and even has had to use oxygen. We are working hard to get her back on track and I have to say she has been killing it in the gym. Each step that she takes is a step in the right direction. What is said is that she did reach out to a lady that competes and has had some success and she was so rude to my wife that it really broke her spirit. It took moving back home and my wife being around our grand babies to motivate her to make the changes needed. She has already started to lose weight, but not starving herself but by have a great diet. Her diet is better than mine. Think we will continue to focus on dropping the weight and then add the IGF later on. But Damn she is strong, I have seen her leg press over 700 pound for reps.
Once again, thanks for all the support. If anyone has any ideas on what I can do, let me know.

Sounds like she's a strong woman and I don't think she'll have any problems reaching her goals down the road. It's tough, but it seems like she's making the right changes...slow and steady wins the race right? Please tell her I said I'd love some (female) company and she's welcome to join. Not many girls post, but the ones who do are nice and encouraging. Same with the guys, very supportive community here on MC.

Just an idea, if she's not quite ready to post here then maybe she'd be open to just pm'ing me so we can get to know each other. Baby steps :)
