Newbie Question

So, I'm getting everything together for my first cycle ever. I've tried to take the time to create a solid base before I took my next steps but after my latest competition decides it's definitely time to up the size. So taking a year and a half off and concentrating on putting on quality size. My diet is strict and I know my way around the gym. Amd ive read alot of articles amd.post about thr benefits of doing so, so my question is simple

"if I were looking to incorporate igf-1 lr3 into my Test Cyp and EQ cycle"

I plan on running for 16-20 weeks what would it look like? Along with inhibitors and PCT. I'm a newbie so all advice is welcomed, I listen and don't give any shit talk I known you guys have the knowledge, I'm just trying to learn. The last time I had my bloods taken my test was sitting at 330ish range.

well first off, welcome to MuscleChemistry daddio!

You look phenominal brutha! So what do you plan on competing in once you put this muscle mass on? Assuming your competing in Mens Physique now? Are you trying to move up into Classic Physique?

And if it were me, I would run the Cypionate at 400mg per week, and the Boldenone (EQ) at 400mg per week and the IGF-1 Lr3 at 50mcgs per week all 3 for the full 16 to 20 weeks, whichever you decide on.
 
and i have to say, thats one hell of a base you have created naturally! Impressive for sure, and You will not need that much gear if you really do take the plunge (pun intended)

And again, what have you competed in thus far, and how did ya do, and what are you plans going forward in competing?

and my first cycle ever i put around 50-60 pounds on with just 250mg testostrone enanthate, so you really dont even need to use 400mg cypionate, 1 shot per week of cypionate at 200mg will do the trick for you! But i would keep the Equipoise at 400mg for sure and same dosage as mentioned above for igf-1 lr3
 
I agree with presser, if you had put this much size and conditioning on naturally you did a really good job brother, and definitely don't need to run something like 600 mg of test I personally would run a 300 milligrams of test split into two shots a week also like he said I would bump the EQ up to 400mg, that is when you really start to see the results from EQ it works best at 600mg butt I really don't think you need to go that high.. as far as the igf I'm sure presser can vouch for me on this one. I have ran it every way possible both pre-workout post-workout workout days non workout days and I think the best way to do it as far as getting gross is 30 MCG bilaterally in the muscles you just trained post workout. However I am not opposed and I also sometimes will run it pre-workout for the insane pumps that you will get. This is considering that you have MC igf?? So like I said probably post workout would be the best as far as growth but don't be opposed to trying a little bit pre-workout for the pumps as the whole point is to get the blood into the muscle in order for it to grow.. igf the very good product and when combined with antibiotics it is a whole nother ballgame.. good luck brother and keep us posted..

First off, Thanks for the quick response bro. I compete in "Classic Physique" I took 1st in open and 2nd overall. The head judge was a IFBB Pro Judge, he told me conditioning was on point but I lacked a little size he said, wider shoulders and wider lats will go along way with my already tiny waist. I don't plan on stepping on stage again until 2018, so that way I'm ready for nationals the same yesr. But like you said no need to take more stuff than I need to.

Thanks for the response, I really tried my best to create a good base before deciding to run anything. I know a lot of guys who just went in before without the base and told me if they had to do it all over again they'd create a good base first. As hard as it was for me, I stayed strong but after talking with judges it finally time for me to take a time away from the stage and concentrate on building. So you would only do 2 doses a week for Cyp and for a total of 300? Or just do one dose a week at 300? As for the "IGF MC" you mean where I'm getting it from? If you do, have to be honest haven't looked into where I'm getting that from but I'm definitely open to suggestions. As for the Cyp and the EQ, I've found a reputable source who seems to be very well spoke about. But you said 30mcgs bilaterally postworkout into the muscle I trained. So would I do 25mcgs if you're suggesting "50mcgs" for me? Sorry if im making things complicated but like I said I'm a newbie and I'm just want to understand.

Thanks brother I really appreciate it. I can't wait, but I want to make sure I have everything on hand, know how to use it and when to. I've read too many times where someone went and did a dumb or irresponsible dose because their friend said so. I only take advice from people with real knowledge so thanks for that bro!

I'm really hoping to, especially with taking the next year off from the stage to just concentrate build, and work on posing I'm hoping to come back with a jaw dropping physique in 2018.
