<!-- react-text: 52 -->Growth Hormone Releasing Peptide-6(GHRP-6) is a hexapeptide consisting of L-amino acids(natural) and D-amino acids(unnatural) that stimulates the secretion of GH. It also has been shown to decrease somatostatin(breaks down GH). GHRP-6 has been shown to increase GH levels by up to 3-fold vs the placebo in clinical trials. It's also used to increase appetite by stimulating the "hunger hormone" ghrelin. The dose used in the study was 50mcg 4x a day. GHRP-6 was also shown to increase stage 2 sleep, but also can increase cortisol according to one study. GHRP-6 can be an effective tool that can effectively increase GH levels which can lead to increased LBM and decrease BF%. GHRP-6 should be taken on an empty stomach, due to the fact that carbs and/or fats can blunt GH release. GHRP-6 has a very short half-life, somewhere between as little as 8 min and up to 2hr, so it's best to use multiple times a day, just as your body releases GH in pulses throughout the day. Lower doses have been used if in conjunction with GHRH, which has immense synergy in increasing GH levels. <!-- /react-text -->

Never heard the 8 minute half life thing! crazy! Now 2 hours I can deal with, and the 2 to 3 daily shots if need be to induce my appetite .

The research is crazy. I think I will just stick with the MC IGF. If you work a public job, how in the world can you be running back and forth to the john and taking all the shots?
