<!-- react-text: 39 -->CDP-choline is part of an emerging class of molecules known as nootropics, which are designed to improve cognitive function. CDP-choline acts as a choline donor, which is then converted into Acetylcholine(ACh). ACh is a neurotransmitter that is found in your central, peripheral, autonomic and somatic nervous systems and is responsible for things like muscle contraction, heart relaxation, and can affect short term memory. CDP-choline has been shown to improve memory recall, promote memory formation, as well as neuroprotection. Some rat data suggests an increase in dopamine release, as well. CDP-choline works best with an cholinesterase inhibitor(enzyme that breaks down ACh) like Huperzine A, or to a lesser extent, caffeine. They also work really well with racetams, like phenylpiracetam(I'll do a separate post on those later this week). Basically, nootropics are great way to increase mental focus and acuity without the feeling over over stimulation from caffeine and other stims.

Good post brother, but there's so many different nootropics out there which one do you think currently is the best one whether it's injectable or oral? I tried slank, and honestly didn't really feel anything from it..

Noopept is probably the strongest Nootropic available - up to 1000 times more powerful than piracetam! The main effects of Noopept include increased memory and learning capabilities. It's also a potent neuroprotective molecule and has strong anti-anxiety effects. One benefit that you'll notice from Noopept is that it increases blood flow to the brain which gives it stimulating properties. You'll also find Noopept has strong anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory effects.

I have tried MANY different nootropics.

I use different ones for different situations. They all have a different effect on me. It has taken a lot of experimenting to find the right combo for me.

The ones that dont change for me though and are used daily are... DMAE, ALCAR, Choline bitartrate, Rhodiola Rosea, huperzine.

Noopept I use most due to it being less of sides.

My "go-to" for insane focus is Phenylpiracetam.
