Got my order in and pinned 50mcg the first day. Hit chest and shoulders and had a nice pump. I am having to rehab a shoulder so did the best that I could.

Yesterday I hit back and even thought the pump was not out of this world, my strength was up. Not sure what is going on right now. I am pinning 40 mcg about 1 hour before I train. Getting in 25g of protein and 25 grams of carbs at the time I pin. Do I need to change this up? As I want to get the best results as possible. Been using 20 unit slin pins, what is the best dosage to use with them?

My opinion after trying different methods over 7 months...

More carbs = More pumps = more gainzzzz . Plain and simple.

I would consider if you are dieting, move most of your carbs pre and post WO. I would do closer to 100 grams of carbs PWO. 100 grams Post WO.

I eat my carbs 1 hour before (oatmeal, cream of wheat, cream of rice, ect.) let digest. Hour later administer bilaterally in the muscle group you are working immediately pre-WO.

BCAA's intra-shake 10g's. (complete amino acid profile protein is probably better IMHO rather than BCAA)

POST - Protein shake with more carbs. (bagel, raisin bread, jam)

This is all with using 60-80mcg. on WO days. Off days 30mcg.

And REPEAT...

What would you recommend other than (oatmeal, cream of wheat, cream of rice, ect.)? I cannot eat these as I puke them up as fast as I swallow them down.

For me, carbs are really the key to reap the benefits of igf. As mentioned above, 25g really isn't going to cut it. If your stomach is really that sensitive to the solid food, maybe try a maltodextrin drink, which will give you both carbs an nice insulin spike before you hit the weights...

Dude, what are you eating for carbs then!? can you do white rice?

If you can get those down I am curious what carbs you are using...

I can eat veggies and rice no problem but any of the oatmeal or cream of, I just puke up.

Oat meal, cream of wheat are really good taste great. My wife makes the ugliest face when I eat them. They are good carbs and easy to use all day. I use the boiling water the hot at stores or work and just add two packs of instant to a container. Banana nut or apple cinnamon are my favorites, cream of wheat a little butter and sugar. I get a killer pump eating them hour before workout without igf I can't put my shirt on after workout. With foods I "don't" I just decide that it's being eating for a purpose. Body releases same dopamine response to being full no matter what it is then after a while we like it. That is acquired taste.

Brother... it is not a taste issue it a is texture issue. Been this way all my life.

I am type 2 diabetic so I am overly cautious with carbs but I decided to bit the bullet and load up before I trained yesterday. I ate some M&M's and 100 grams of brown rice a hour before working out and pinned 20mcg in each bi. Holy Shit balls!!! Did Tri's first and they were screaming, the pump was ungodly. When I went to hit Bi's that was just off the hook. After the first set of rope hammer curls they were so pumped that I thought they were going to burst. Had to take longer rests between sets just to make it through the workout.

Had a huge bowl of my wife's homemade chili with cheese and crackers when I go home to get as many carbs and protein back in the system. The wife's chili is full of mean, beans, mushrooms and more meat. LOL To those of you that a speak southern... her chili is so thick it could rip a cat head biscuit apart!!

Cannot wait to hit shoulders tonight!!!!

Upped the carbs and pinned 20 mcg in each shoulder. Pushed through a good shoulder workout. Been dealing with sinus and a damn cough that will not go away. Got some whiskey and honey and fixed me a good toddy last night. Slept like a baby!!

Yesterday and Today are rest days so I pinned 30mcg last night and will do 30mcg again tonight. Then hit it again starting on Saturday. The pumps are insane and I have keep a pump going for my off days as well. Love it!!

Hey DB, didn't know u was diabetic. Do u take Glucophage? On this log in think it would also be interesting to know if igf helps with your own insulin sensitivity and resistance. Would love to hear about this as well. Glad to know it's going good! How are the joints and tendons?

Also I suffered from sinuses and post nasal drip was gonna do surgery. Been using Claritin every night with Flonase for 2 years haven't been sick since.

Blood sugar has been running good. I plan on doing reading pre and post training starting this week. I take metformin xr right now along with glipizide. Hope to get off all of them in the near future. Only 1 week in so no difference notices with any injures or tendons as of yet.

Last night was chest, but I have to tell you that we went to the movies and knowing that I needed to get in carbs, I had popcorn, then when we got home I had 50 grams of protein and another 100g of carbs via brown rice. Hit the gym and did my first set of Hammer Machine presses. I could feel the pump building after the first set. Three sets in and I was on fire. The pump was stupid, I had to wait longer in between sets just to get any reps at all. I was able to hit three different exercises for 5 sets each and 1 set of cross chest press and that was it. I still have a pump right now as I am writing this some 12 hour later.

So didn't train last night, did the Halloween thing and just went home and crashed. Back tonight and I will do the pre and post workout blood sugar. I can tell you that I did 30 mcg last night and this morning I am still pumped. No way, I would have believed that IGF would have been this awesome.

Glad you're all dialed in. I'm sorry I missed out on yet another Halloween but I've never seen so many empty benches on a Monday

So last night I checked my blood sugar before I worked out. It was 105 at that time, I took 100 gram of carbs via brown rice and 50 grams of whey protein and 40mcg of IGF about 45 min before I trained. Hit back for about a hour, awesome pump and then headed out. Checked my sugar before I ate my post meal ant it was 110. In the past, I have had my blood sugar hit 200 plus eating the same thing.

Back is very very sore today. I think I may be in love!!! :pleased::pleased::pleased:

Back was so sore, I took off yesterday. Going to hit shoulders, Tris and bis today. Let see how it goes.

Hit a nice tri, bi, and shoulder workout last night. Pumps were unreal. Post BS was 140 but wasn't able to get a good reading on post as I had to many things to get done before I was able to get back home.

BS was 119 this morning.

Hit chest last night and had a great workout. The only downside, if you could even call it that with IGF it that the pumps are so hard that I have not been able to get all the way through a complete workout. I usually do at least 4 different exercise for chest, but I was done after three. I have never had pumps like this, but the key thing is getting in the carbs to fuel the workouts.

I did get a complement that my chest and back had gotten thicker. Hell yeah!

This week has been crazy, a lot of life events that have happened and not been able to hit the gym like normal. However, was able to do back last night. Did 40mcg bilaterally on each lat about 30 mins before training. Crazy pumps, even my chest and arms blew up. Love MC IGF... Thank you to Presser for having awesome products and outstanding customer service!!!
