Many people may be interested in MC IGF-LR3 but are confused about a few things. It is the purpose of this thread to answer some of those questions and clear up the confusion.

Why should I take IGF?

IGF is a great resource for anyone looking to add quality size. Without going into the science behind the compound, IGF assist the body to shuttle nutrients into the muscle much like insulin.

What should I expect?
The most out of the world pumps that you have ever had.Another thing that you will see is that IGF will help in the healing of injuries. There have been hundreds of examples of people making remarkable comebacks from injuries with the use of IGF. It is rumored that when Ray Lewis make his comeback from a torn triceps, he was taking IGF.

What are the protocols/nutritional needs to get the best results?

With IGF you are the boss. You can take it anytime as it is active for 24 hours. I have been taking mine pre workout and have had the most awesome pumps of my life. I also take it on off days as that is when you are healing and growing.
You also need to get in a lot of quality carbohydrates while taking IFG. The more the better as your body will be shuttling both protein and carbohydrates into the muscle. It has been said that the more carbohydrates you take in, the bigger the pump.

Are there any side effects?

There is the possibility of a person going hypoglycemic or low blood sugar as IGF will use carbohydrate and shuttle them into the muscle, lack of enough carbohydrate could cause your blood sugar to drop. As per the answer above, make sure you get in enough quality carbohydrates.

What is the recommended dose?

Once again, that is up to you. I have read that some people get great result on 30mcg dosages for extended periods of time and I have read of people going up to 200mcg. I would recommend starting at 30mcg and seeing how you respond. Just as with anything, if you can get good results at a lower dose, then why do more?

How long should one bottle last?

That all depends on dosage, but if you do 30mcg you should last for about 30 days. 1000/30 = 33.3

A person can take IGF as long as they choose to. There is older reserach that states you need to cycle on and off every 14 days, however currently I have read about people being on for months and even years and still seeing results with lower dosages.

Can females take IGF?

Absolutely – If you will check the threads, you will find many ladies that will give their testimony of the positive results from IGF.

Do I need to add BAC water to my order?

NO for many reasons but the IGF from MC is ready to be used when it arrives. The addition of any other agent will only degrade the IGF.
 
Do you recommend intramuscular vs subcutaneous? or does it matter, pros/cons of each? Do you have to keep it in the fridge?

I keep mine in the fridge, to make it last longer, and I administer IM, pre-workout. That's when I see the best results. I know that there are alot of guys here who run it the same way.

thanks for the reply, when you administer it IM, do you just do it in a thigh, and rotate them out which ones and areas on the thigh? I read some people say they pin it in the muscle they are working out for the day on each side of their body? trying to wrap my head around that, because to me that means, today I will put it in both biceps, then tomorrow each chest muscle, then the next day my thigh muscles etc..etc...sorry if that is a stupid question...heheh
 
When applying IGF, you can move around to different muscle. If you have a muscle that is injured, research has shown that IGF can help to speed up recovery. No such thing as a stupid question.

I administer in the muscle group that I'm working. No, it's not a stupid question at all. There are not many questions that are stupid, so ask away. On my days off I administer in any problem areas, whether it be injury or lagging part. (which right now is everything)

There's a reason why I call MC IGF my Miracle in a Bottle. If something happened and I was only able to use only one substance from now on, it would be MCs IGF. It helped with my bad shoulder, it helped with my elbows, it helped with my lagging tri's. I mean, it's just an amazing compound.
 
MC igf is the thing I've ever used and felt it immediately working I have used it I'm sub q I've done 25 mcg bilaterally all the way to 100mcg bilaterally. When you do It pre workout and your hydration and carb intake are at their best their is not a better feeling in the gym. When your pump is so insane that you simply can't take the pain anymore that is a good day brother.

Good morning everybody, i ahve read all the sticky and thanks for that, it is very importanto to understand this IGF1 LR3 before to use it.
I would start to use it, i am taking 4 UI daily of GH.
Sorry for thr stupid question, but again i cannot take a decision how to use it:
I would like to understand if it is better to pin in the muscle only the training day in the speicific muscles after workout
and the other days (2 days) sub Q or if i can get it only sub Q pre work out every day.
In case i have to pin in the muscles what siringe should i use?
Insuline siringe or normal siringe? and also since i never pinned anything directly in the muscles
i would like to know if there is a procedure or a particular position where to pin for each muscle.
Another question, i have pain to my shoulders in particular on the right one, in case can i pin it directly inside the front delts where i suffer the pain?

You would want to use a slin pin 30-40 mcg in the muscle you are training that day take with carbs the pump will be amazing I personally do it bilaterally which means both shoulders both biceps so on. Absolutely stick those front shoulders. Enjoy

Just as an example, I pinned both medial heads of my delts last night, and by time I did my warm up and got into my third set of side lateral raises, the pump was so intense, and my shoulders were so blown up, that I could barely move my arms. I had to make sure I stretched really good between sets so that I could do my next set properly. I pinned about 20-30 mins before my workout.

I'm about to get some more and I'm going to pin 30 bilaterally pre workout then another 30 bilaterally post when I start this I will be posting in my thread this stuff is legit if you want to follow along.

The pumps are go hard due to the IGF shuttling the blood and nutrienets into the muscle. You can tear the muscle down all that you want, if you don't get the nutrients back into the muscle, they will not grow. I have gotten a lot thicker since I started taking IGF-lr3. I will be 50 this year and have been at this for years, and the addition of igf-lr3 has been a game changer.

how many minutes before the gym you get igf3, do you also get carbo in the same time?
