    IGF-1 LR3 Log
    Ill be updating this thread every few days talking about my progress with Muscle Chemistry's amazing IGF-1, I will be doing 50mcg pre-work out (post workout a few times to see how it affects me) last night I took my first shot and just had an amazing pump, probably had one of the best back workouts ive had even though I was sick, I threw on 225 and started rowing it like it was nothing at all, very excited to see how I look in about a month, ill have my next update this Friday for you guys

    Just ordered me some as well. Used it in the past and I cannot stress it enough MC's IGF-1LR3 is the best in the business! Pump are ridiculous and I swear it leans me out faster than anything and puts size on my arms better than anything I've found besides a cycle of aas of course.

    maybe its just my mind playing tricks on me but thi morning when i woke up it seemed like i was much leaner than usual and the muscle I worked last night looked great

    I feel the same way with it as well. I swear the pumped look remains for a day or two with me.

    I wish I could update this later tonight after I lift but I wont have any type of computer later, but so far the igf-1 has been amazing, I did legs on Wednesday and it still looks like they are pumped, I've gained about 3 pounds the past 3 days, I can tell im looking a lot more lean, I can really tell its helping amplify the results from the gear im currently on, igf-1 is by far my favorite performance enhancer, I trying to convince all my friends to give it a try, its for sure worth it, the next update will be Sunday or Monday

    Good stuff brother mines on the way too. I can't wait to feel this pump that everyone is talking about! I've never ran igf before, so would you say it's best to start maybe 40-50mcg preworkout about an hour or so? Also I've researched intra muscular is the most effective way to pin aswell. What's yalls thoughts? How, where do y'all pin and also dose??

    I pin IM and I just do 50mcg, lately ive just been pinning in the morning since I really cant bring it to work, seems to work well for me, its like once I get going in the gym I get that pump. also have notice a great change in my appearance just from using it for 6 days, this stuff is just great, im currently trying to get all my gym buddies to buy some and try it out

    IGF-1 is still going very well, would like some input though, ive only been pinning every morning at 50mcg in my quad, is that okay? a lot of people say you should pin in the muscle you work post work out but just like AAS doesn't it get absorbed and affected every muscle in the body? is it just peoples preference? would love to know more

    I have gone bilaterally on my arms and the pump is painful. Shit blew up to the point I actually thought they were going to burst. Pain does a body good!!

    so far so good, ive really noticed my veins are popping out a lot more, I should be receiving my bulk cycle in the mail today so ill be combining the igf with that, which is deca, EQ, test e, dbol inject, anadrol and halo, im deffiently placing another order Friday for more igf, I just love the stuff, ill keep updating this thread as I go along with my cycle, has anyone used igf with any of these compounds? if so how were your results

    just gotta say holy fucking shit this stuff really is working really well with the gear im on, no joke every week my lifts are going up 10-20 pounds easily, cant wait to see myself a month from now

    That's great! Remember the igf-1 lr3 will enable you to use less gear while still yielding great results ! Sounds like your doing everything right so kudos to you brutha!!

    so ive been on my bulk cycle for about a week now and im very excited to see the results I get with running igf with it, this is my current cycle,
    deca 450mgs/wk 1-16
    test E 300mgs/wk 1-16
    eq 600mgs/wk 1-16
    tren hex 200mgs/wk 1-10
    anadrol, halo, and dbol inject to jump start it for the first month, really hoping for some slow but steady quality gains

    yeah bro the ephedrine is to aid in fat loss, and used best with caffeine and aspirin about 30 minutes prior to your working out, and it will open your lungs up and give you that added edge in the gym. I live on the ECA stack, and use that exact ephedrine HCl from Primatine , works great.

    i used your method and it defiantly works for me, also the bigger dose of igf-1 is nice, makes me more energized and just makes me feel more powerful overall, woul you say its fine to pin the igf in the morning instead of pre work out like most people do it seems like

    its plenty long acting enough to feel the benefits regardless of the time of day you take it. Preworkout is just a personal preference for some

    so far after raising my dose to 100mcg a day ive gained some good size and some serious strength from it, its honestly like I can feel it repairing myself after a good lift, and im starting a little experiment to see if I can maximize the gains, im adding an extra rest day during the week considering your body grows when you are resting/sleeping im gonna see if this allows it to make me grow even more

    Good for you man! Most guys don't think of adding a rest day to help them grow or surpass plateaus ! But it's the single best thing you can do provided your training and diet habits are spot on! Great job man

    one thing that's really been standing out to me that I really haven't talked about is ever since ive started taking igf-1 ive noticed that my muscles just look a lot more full and clean, and ive got definition I haven't been able to get before, igf-1 is really a miracle worker
