I have been in shape for about 5 years and been bulk cycling then cutting and bulking again. Never used gear but at 32 years old I don't feel I am putting on mass like I should. I eat plenty of quality protein and lift pretty heavy. It seems all I build is fat, with minimal muscle gain. My concern is I read a lot about intestine and heart growth if IGF is too high. What are your guys thoughts? Thanks!

I've never experienced or know anyone who has suffered from gut growth on IGF. As for either you'll bee fine so long as you do not have any current heart health issues or use extreme doses. Sub-q is generally used for fat loss, while most use IM for it's ability to grow muscle and take advantage of the pumps it gives you while working out. Either way you cannot go wrong with MC's IGF. I agree with Rain about the IGF. As you get older, your metabolism will slow down, you may need to adjust your diet.

I've been using igf for about 15 years and have never experienced any of this. So long as you keep your dosages at a therapeutic level you will be fine! You would likely add a good deal of muscle mass with the introduction of igf-1 lr3 and maybe a SARM,.

In any case, good luck whatever you decide

Thanks guys. I figured at 4 weeks at 30mcg a day I should be ok and not be considered a high dose. I would lke to go sub q. I am 32 male 5'9" 168lb at 12% bf. Should be a good dose I think.

yes that is a good dosage.i would also suggest that you use it I.M. rather than subcutaneously
