Yeah I hear that but I think we need an article on IGF 1 lr3 and how best to induce incredible pumps by way of timing your igf with carbs and timing your carbs with gym

Brutha that is exactly what I have been messing with I was trying to eat 75-80 g of carbs along with 30 of whey let me back up a bit carb source instant oatmeal packs. But this morning I did one pack and 1 large bananna so around 45-50 g. Pinned 100 mcg bilaterally in my lats and swelled up couldn't really tell any less of a pump. The one noticeable thing was my stomach felt way better during the workout. I'm wondering what loading up on fruit would be like?

Day 15 - CHEST AND SHOULDERS


Beginning week 3. Weight is a staying about the same. I don't know if this is in my head or not, or but my appetite has increased and I have had a lot more carbs without gaining any weight. Today going into my workout my joints were hurting so I originally thought I would go lighter today. But after a couple
of sets began feeling pretty strong and actually increased everything by about 20-30 pounds from last week. I won't repost my workout it was about the same from last week. Enjoying the strength and pump I'm getting from the IGF.
 
In desperate for an appetite increase. Usually when I bulk with deca and test and dbol my appetite goes through the roof but this time around I actually don't feel hungry

really, dianabol has always killed my appetite when I was younger, which is when I used such hormones lol,

Dbol or superdrol doesn't cause myself any appetite problems for me at all. Tren kills it. But eq and test really increases it and I still get lean. Deca if I don't eat clean the bloat comes

I don't use them high at all like when I was younger. If I do use dbol I only take 20 mg a day.
I may take some avar at 40-60 though.
I find If I use dbol at 20 or superdrol at 10 I get good muscle fullness and no water at all.

I take 50 mg dbol a day. Tren actually helped boost my appetite when I take it idk it's weird. My test levels are high af I take 1kmg week and 750 deca. I blew up from 150 to 190 in only a few months. I only take the dbol for 4 weeks. I just need an appetite boost. Because I feel like I can go days without eating, and I have to force feed sometimes. Any advice?

I'm not super huge actually I feel small. But when I began I was recovering from 4 shoulder surgeries and it caused me to start really small. My arms when I started were 11" now I'm at 15 with my goal being 16+

Ok guys, I'm a little behind on my log it's been a very busy last couple weeks. I've been diligent with my workouts and consistent on my dosage, and diet has for the most part stayed the same. So with the IGF being the only variable added in, so far I have kept the same weight while eating the same (and not too strict I might add) and I suspect my bodyfat has gone down even though I haven't checked it yet. Week 3 has shown gains in strength by about 30-50 pounds, which is not typical of a week 3 of a test only cycle. Still having joint pain from lifting heavy. Week 4 I changed up my workouts to doing dropsets with every exercise, which creates great pumps. All of week 4 I was sore everywhere. I feel like my triceps look bigger and more defined, as well as my calves, but I'm going to hold out measurements til the end.

and the last thing is more of a question then an observation, but I picked up some more needles at cvs, and realized I started out using 6mm length and 31 gauge needles. The other ones I had were 1/2 inch, 28 gauge. The half inch stung a little more, especially in the abdomen, but just wondering if it makes a difference or even matters?
 
TravisBlk, all u doing right now is igf? And what about before. U look good brother u got some muscle on u and it proportioned great on your frame. What is your weight and height currently?

Buddy u don't look 14% to me. More like 12%.
Regardless you got good definition and not any bad areas fat builds up at.
I tend to accumulate fat from lower chest towards underarm. That spot then love handle area it where I accumulate but u proportioned tight

Thanks man, currently I'm on IGF and test (500/wk) and I may back that down to 400 because I'm starting to break out again. I'm 5'11" and holding at 193. I have very little fat except for my love handles. Hardest part to get rid of, unless I get below 10%.

I am same way. Under 10% I look really good over 12-14% not so good to me. But to me u look Dam good brother.
I am 5'9' 189 right now. Started avar and sust waiting on more sust and mast e. Just started blast though. I have igf I am gonna use too haven't got my slin pins yet donated blood yesterday.
I gotta get lean to see the effects of mast e. Doing carb depleting right now and will continue diet until there. I will do a thread on it all. Am following your progress and using u as model for me to do igf. Thanks brother!

UPDATE - Week 5

Some days you just have those days where the planets align, you've had a good
nights sleep, your diet is spot on, you have all your favorite songs playing on pandora, and nothing on your body hurts. Today was one of those days and I got the best workout I've had in a while. IGF in the tri's and arms are looking huge. I even had someone comment to me that my calves looked bigger. My weight is still the same but I feel great and look like I've put on more muscle.
