usage of igf1? and application

Dose the belly or go bi lateral and split the dose with the muscle group you are working that day.
 
I myself haven't noticed anything different from bi lateral or belly. I am still experimenting though.
Seems to work much better for pump first thing in morning with oatmeal and protein.
Later in day not so much a pump. But I want muscle cells not a pump.

I'm only starting week 3 but I've literally been bouncing around areas. Right now I'm liking sub q best. Biceps I felt like i had tiny knots in them for a day or so each time at the sites. Triceps or delts are smooth with no soreness or anything for me. But I think it's just going to be a to each his own. Whatever feels best for you after trying out a few spots. :)

I get no knot at all anywhere.
I push against muscle make indentation with 8mm pins. But I also hit any muscle on my body for gear with 1/2".
When I have a little more body fat I push against harder. Works for me!

Lucky.. Ha I have always been light skinned and one to bruise easier. I use the 1/2"'s. I get an initial little welt subq that goes away pretty quick but I only got bruising when I went a little to far to the sides of belly. I also slowed down my injecting. I think I was going too fast. Looked like I caught a golf ball with my stomach a week ago. Sticking around the lower center area and hasn't been leaving a mark now.

In belly I pull skin pinch and go under skin. In sub layer. Be sure u going at angle with 1/2" or u may be getting it in wrong tissues

I've never had trouble knotting going bi lateral but I have hit veins and it leaves a nasty circular bruise.

I hit vein or went through one bilateral in biceps. Made small bruise, felt knot while working out but subsided.
It's only been a couple weeks though first run ever for me.
