My friend here recently told me he tore his pectoral muscle and can't work out and is gonna need surgery...well working out is the only thing that keeps him going, last year his wife divorced him and moved away with his kids to the other side of the country, it sent him into depression and he started using heroin then after hitting his low point went to rehab for 3 months cleaned up and has been back in the gym for a few months now and I'm afraid since he can't work out he may fall into depression again....will the igf do anything repair wise to get him going again..

There's nothing keeping him from working out other muscles, just saying... And the IGF won't magically repair his torn pec, but it will definitely help it heal faster if he gets it fixed or worked on.

I have used it on a good friend of mine for a ligament in his back and it definitely made it heal a lot faster. I just started getting pain in my front delt and on the top of my forearm near my elbow. Does anyone know if this is tennis elbow or maybe my labrum or something? Igf when used on ligaments and tendons needs to be microdosed, would do 15 to 20 MCG three or four times a day right into the affected area with your friend being the pec. With me I don't know if I should shoot it into my front delt because I think that is where the problem is originating or should I do it in my forearm?

I get that same area. For me when it extends to shoulder it's either shoulder impingement or pinch nerve in neck.
Also get tennis elbow, that pain in from outer elbow inflammation into bicep and forearm. Golfers elbow is back inner side I never had it.
Right now I have pain from shoulder into tricep when I flex bicep but that was a tear last year complements of yk11.

If u wanna know if u have tennis elbow when u watching TV not doing anything good and relaxed go turn a door knob.
That there is a test that works everytime. I am diesel mechanic, turning wrists so much I gotten tennis a lot and in both arms. I use drills and battery impacts as much as possible last couple years to prevent. Flipping dumbbells like going into incline is hard on that tendon.
I always got my tendon issues inflammation after a cycle or blast never during.

Thanks for the feedback brother it is right on the top of my forearm for you have the most muscle if that helps at all.. like you said it hurts doing incline but it really hurts if I try to do hammer curls I don't know why it hurts more when holding the dumbbell that way then regular or if that means anything but I just figured I would let you know to see if you know anything I don't.. again I appreciate the feedback brother.. and what I'll probably do is micro dose igf lr3 about 15 MCG 4 times a day. Have used it on a friend back and Peck and helped him with healing a lot. I'm guessing the pain is coming from the shoulder and traveling down to the forearm so I will probably inject igf into the front delt..

Go turn a door knob if it hurts turning the knob then u have tennis elbow trust me.
If u do stop turning and flipping dumbbells keep palms out while holding db or use barbell instead.
I had it for over a year in both and bad. Grabbing phone to shut off alarm in morning having to turn hurt bad.
If u have it stop flipping wrist, wear brace band thing wrap when lifting and don't flip wrist. Adjust workouts.
Get dmso from feed store and u have to stretch it several times a day. Look up pt online that's what I did and Dr run me off copies to do on own.
Cold ice compression helps too as much as possible.
Also upright rows hurt bad when I had it.
I never missed a beat, hell my job bothered it most.
