How can I start this

I was lurking the forum on igf and read good reviews.. I decided to place an order on the IGF.. I kept checking the status for my order on a daily bases since other companies tend to take up to 2 weeks to ship their product.. I decided to contact MC today regarding my order.. they immediately got back to me and updated me on my order status.. they told me it was a oversight on their part and will have my order overnighted to me.. that to me is a first impression with the company and will now stay loyal to MC

MC customer service is off the charts great. The mistakes are few and far in between, but when they do happen, MC has always made it right by me. I would have to say, out of the years and years of being here, I've only had 2 instances where I had to contact Presser to ask about an order. He more than made up for the oversight, and made it all worthwhile. Presser runs a tight ship, and if every business I dealt with had the service like MC has, the world would be a better place. Just my $.02
 
I swear Presser has dug an underground tunnel directly to the Post Office where he enjoys 24/7 service, its that good. That or maybe he's banging his mail carrier :) If Trump builds a wall, Presser will dig a tunnel under it....
 
They are very easy to work with and there products are all superior to all research companies on the net.my first pic allways mc store
 
Had a similar situation myself and they took care of me. Definitely great on the customer service and quality.
 
Well presser came through. Hè shipped next day air freight and even added a thank you bonus.. came to find out my email is not accepting his emails.

U will not find better service and products.
And there are several options to order for members. Really easy. Top notch!!! With a reputation of over 17 years of great products and service!!!
 
Just adding to what's already been said... top notch! New to mc as well & been real good to me so far. With as many scams & shady businesses out there, people should be loyal to mc! Trust is hard to come by for me & I trust em
 
indeed 1 of the best customer service.. I just placed an order on 3 stacks from another site. I know it takes the other site a week sometimes more to ship the product but MC does not have that stack for me to do my research

going to have my rats bulk next month and hoping that igf will give a lot better results than with just the stack on its own
 
All the cool kids are doing it so.......................I'll jump in on this band wagon..........Presser & MC= cream of the crop!!
 
Always appreciate the customer service reviews even more so than product reviews!

If anyone ever has any issues, please Private Message me Here on the site and I will reply asap.

Its Spring and I know this time of year we tend to have more orders, and issues do arise! So please contact me personally right here on the site via a PM
