Order in, first time

I've just placed my first order of igf1-lr3! I was able to grab a few vials. I'm not sure whether to run 40mg/day for 50 days or 80mcg/day. Might go with the latter. I've ran igf1 in the past with good results so I am looking very forward to this great Lil reviews product! Any input is welcomed! Thanks

It comes ready to go, no need to add aa or bac. It's plug and play. I'd suggest to start off with the smaller dose and see how you respond. You might find that your body reacts extremely well to the 40mcg/day, then over time you can add more. Just my $.02

Awesome I can't imagine you not loving the IGF. I have been using it a couple years for the most part. I stick to about 40 mcg. When I make adjustments it's usually to up my carbs before I change the dose.

Yes, already premixed. I keep mine in the fridge, and I think most everyone else does, too. I've been using it for about 8 years now, and I call it my miracle in a bottle. I love MC's IGF.

For years I've pinned in the main muscle group that I'm working pre-workout, bi-laterally, and I saw amazing results with that. I've recently just started pinning in one spot
pre-workout to see if i get the same results. Still too early to see for sure.

I have 50 unit pins. I been using 60mcg just cause it's easier to measure out and split between with bilateral.

Yes, definitely. It will make a small lump or bruise but I have dark skin so can see. I only notice cause I do shoulders alot. But will start doing biceps more triceps and pecs. Thighs are no sweat.
It's that it's either dark cause I am always in rush. Have to have light to miss my veins and vessels.
Do this, 45 minutes before workout get your cup put 45 grams of protein then put 1 and 1/2 packs of oatmeal instead inside and let soften a little and drink them pin bilateral and get to gym. Approx 30-45 minutes before if that don't get pump eat some cookies some sugar carbs fast acting on top of it all.
Now understand that these cells will take time to grow so be patient. Gear helps grow faster but they grow from working out and feeding them. More cells is more cells.

I started with the 40mcg and bumped it up to 60mcg after like 2 weeks. That little extra has been the sweet spot for me for the last few weeks now. Better to start it lower and see how you feel.
 
Do you feel like genetically you now have more muscle cells thank before. Being that you have ran it so long?
