Is it ok to chat about peptide sources because they are legal to purchase as far as research sources?

But are we allowed to get input on a brand of peptides?
An example is there are certain peptide lines and only a certified distributor can purchase from the line factory, and on their website it shows like 15 distributors.
Can we inquire about a brand in this way without mentioning the distributors?
Just to see if the line or brand is quality?
