Sarm Sciences Ligandrol Dosing Questions

Hey everyone! I just bought a bottle of Ligandrol and I guess it's supposed to get here tomorrow. Is this supposed to be a 30 day supply? The website says 5-10mg but I read on some forums that liquid is more potent than the pills. It seems like most people are taking 5-10mg of the pills. Some I think we're even taking more. Then I read in one thread that people are only taking 1mg of the liquid stuff. This is my first go at LGD and my first time using a liquid dropper for any supplement before. Am I supposed to take it sublingual or add it to a drink or something.

it is impossible to say definitively whether liquid sarm are stronger than tabs. I can say for certain that all you need is 5mg to begin with and work your way up from there to max out dosage between 10mg to 12.5mg.

I am only speaking for sarm sciences ligandrol dosing. other brands may vary in strength potency regardless of the dosage claims on label, on the other hand sarm sciences i have found to be accurate in their mg per ml dosing for all 3 of the sarm they currently stock.

I also know that every bottle i have purchased has had more than 30ml in each bottle. Some as much as 40ml which i find to be impressive.
