Just trying to help u get more bang for your buck!
I other words igf activated insulin receptors so that is the pump or force feeding affect it has on tissues!!!

But that isn't what we want igf for insulin is way way cheaper to use than igf! And it will do same in those tissues!

We want igf for its igf hyperplasia properties and igf binding sites not insulin ones!

That is my point here! No offense but I also don't want u to be one of guys who use it and say it's not worth it and not again!

I read a thread somewhere other day and it was about what steroid was waste of money and time.
Igf was popular!

Thanks bro for trying to point me in the right direction. There is a good chance I might switch it up before to long anyway & maybe increase to 60 mcg. I will do 30 bilateral if I end up doing that. The insulin "force feeding" you speak of is an awesome feeling!

U gotta excuse me... I am on higher tren than testosterone so I sort of go off on tangents.
Not trying to be that way really trying to share what I know it's an aggarant feeling on tren that is hard to hide. Lol
I started using in sub in belly then
Im bilateral!
I know am obvious change that did occur.
My lats grew and I related it to this I pinned lats on far side of arm pits,
I pinned front and rear delts, I pinned biceps and triceps but mostly biceps
So that was a lot in that area!

I also pinned thighs never calfs or other leg areas just outer thighs!

What I am saying recommending is that I would use it IM in areas worked!
That way receptors open the ones we want to grow and unlock for igf!
It's affinity for insulin receptors give us the other affects with glucose shuttling
And will make us respond better to our own insulin and cells to be less resistant!

I believe that gh release normally unlocks things followed by release of off from our liver. Hormones are communicators for something to accept reject or stimulate another hormone!
But I also believe that igf has an open road to it's receptors with acceptance after injury and working out, so putting it right in area may help!

I also had read up on guys using igf and drawing their 60 mcg for example them drawing the rest say 25 units with acetic acid that way they can micro inject several stops on same muscle to be worked per side.
Instead of on pin of 30 mcg of igf per side they spreading it out with 5 micro injects per side of those muscles!
Some swear by this especially with
des but with lr3 too!

I understand buddy & it's cool. Nothing wrong with wanting to teach something you love. Patience is something I'm working on, but I will try harder to just listen. I know you guys been doing this shit for a long time & have much to share.
 
I upped the dosage to 60 mcg today. Plan to keep it there, but will update if I change that again. I still feel like I am slowly leaning out, like I was when doing just the test. Didn't know if that would change when getting on the igf or not, but it hasn't so far.

I feel like everything that was going on with just taking test e has been intensified since I started the igf. Best way to describe it. No complaints or sides at this point & 60 mcg's is not that much, so I don't see that changing. All is good
 
I thought I would try bilateral today, but really didn't notice a difference from before. I'm sure I need to try it more to know for sure if there is a real difference. Pinning in just arms has been working well, but I will try bilateral for a few days & see if I notice a difference.
 
Noticed that lethargic feeling hitting me a couple days ago. Hitting pretty hard too. I could nap right now!

I get wound up pretty easy & don't sleep well anyway, so this is not something that bothers me. I will have the test e in my system for a while longer & will continue to take the igf-1 for at least a couple more weeks. Did the last test e pin this last Friday
 
Lethargy is a shitty feeling no matter how ya slice it!

It is. The improved quality of sleep from it though, is pretty damn nice. It's a little harder to get up now, but so much easier to get pumped when I am up & moving around.

To me, it is an obvious difference in how I feel when I eat good & when I don't. Haven't ate good at work a couple times & I was dragging for sure, but felt really good & pumped when I have a high protein, high carb meal! The pump effect from the igf really seems to shine when I eat how I should.
 
Dosing now at 50 mcg. Between 40-50 seems to be the sweet spot to me. I will probably keep it there from now on, but will update if that changes.

I am like u. I stay up till 11:30-12 during week get up at 4:30-5:30 everyday.

On igf I was going to sleep a little earlier and sleeping thru the night.
I sleep so good I was not wanting to get up in morning to workout. I did most workouts at lunch on igf!
I seemed calmer on it but also felt like I could've taken a nap at any time!

I remember you saying that & it did hit me. I was the same with not wanting to get out of bed. Btw, I've got a couple questions..

My last pin with the test e was just a week ago & though I didn't have atrophy really bad, the size I did loose on my nuts seems to be coming back. Could this be from the igf? Also, my diastolic # was lower than usual one day this last week when I checked it. Could that be an effect of increasing the igf? On meds, I am around 140's/80's & my diastolic was around 60 that day, which is the first for me. I am fine now, but just curious

Your low # is pressure between beats.
Mine stays between 55-70 mostly 65.

As soon as u start losing some water weight your top # will prolly go down to 120-130!
Keep your cardio going get that heart pumping and blood flowing and as u keep leaning and fatty tissue comes off and water weight your will be in fitness health range of bp!!
Right now with low #60s Lower it shows that your blood and arteries are clear
Your 140 will go down if you remove the stuff against your arteries!

Interesting. Without meds it would run around 160/90's on a average day. Just never seen the bottom # that low & wondered if it was ok. Good to know. Thanks

Yes it fine.
I average 65 in bottom #
My top is 120 or less right now but in higher test deca it goes to 130-140/75
I only take 10 mg Cialis everyday but when I don't it's a little higher 5-10 #'s on both sides depending.
Sometimes my bottom # is in 40's I get light head and dizzy when it's this low.
When I get hypoglycemia my bottom # goes really low!
Low bottom # or top but more so the bottom is a symptom of hypoglycemia low blood sugar so IGF is legit that's for sure!

I can for sure tell it is legit. I won't worry about that bottom # than, as long as it doesn't drop anymore. Probably wouldn't hurt to get some more carbs as well
 
I take 5mg cialis daily prescribed, so my question is, Do doctors prescribe for 10mg daily for BPH and such, as thats what its prescribed to me for and im curious if double my dosage would be more effective and if its plausible to ask my doctor for the dosage increase. My Blood pressure is always spot on perfect, never once had it taken and been off somehow but never thought to ask what the hell the top and bottom numbers meant, lol,
