IGF-1 LR3 / how to use

How do you correctly use IGF-1 LR3 1mg/ml (1000)mcg correctly. Instructions states to mix it with posing oil? What is posing oil and where do you get it?
Instructions state 30mcgs-60mcgs per day...

Most people inject it around 40 to 60micrograms daily or every other day. Even though IGF 1 lr3 is not classified or illegal, companies still can not sell it stating its for injectable usage. So this is how everything is kept 100% legal friend.

Another good example just incase i did not explain this well is think synthol posing oil. 100% legal ingredients inside the bottle, sold as a posing oil and while it would work as a posing oil to lather on right before going on stage, most know that it has better benefits when injecting it. Same thing essentially speaking on how to use it. Obviously two totally different compounds. Hope that explained it much better.
