Brother has a Grade 3 Chondromalacia of midline Patella. Will Igf 1 lr3 Help?

Brother has a Grade 3 Chondromalacia of midline of Patella, 50% of the cartilage is gone under the knee cap. My question is will Igf 1 lr3 help fix his knee? He tells me stem cells is the only thing that will help or he needs new knees.

Any info would help.

It promotes collagen synthesis so can certainly help and we have the studies posted here someplace. I need two total knee replacements and wish I had 50% left lol if he lets it go the inside of his knees will bulge out from bone on bone grinding which is what causes the bone bulging , and it fucking hurts !

But the igf can help if he's not too far gone but it's no cure
