IGF-1 LR3 dosage and cycle help.

I have spent the last few days reading all kinds of different things on igf-1 lr3. Presser has had really good information on it. I was talked into buying it by a friend of mine who told me that it was actually hgh. I made the poor decision of trusting him and purchasing 6 boxes(6000 iu) before doing any research on my own. He was telling me to run 6 iu per day and I would see results in 2 weeks. He had some leftover and gave me a box to start with while i wait for mine to come in the mail. I am doing 3 iu a day right now. I have tried 3x per day, 2x per day, and 1x per day. I actually got the gnarliest pump on the one shot in the morning, I think this is due to the 20-30 half life perhaps but I am not sure. So after I purchased/started using it i decided to do research on my own. I have come to the following conclusions and just want someone who knows alot more than me to verify that my thoughts are correct. I should run 2-3 iu per day either taking it all in the morning or post workout or splitting it. 6 iu per day is too much and will cause intestinal growth, gh gut, spleen enlargement, because you are putting more into your body than will bind to your muscle cells and those are the next locations it will go. I have also noticed that I get super intense hunger cravings at time and I am guessing this is the hypo that I have read about and I need to start eating a small meal before taking mainly complex carbs to combat these hunger strikes. I am also reading that I should not use this for more than 50 days straight or 1000mcg before desensitation occurs. at 3 iu per day thats a little over a month or 33 days. At which point I should take 4 weeks off and start again. I read you cycle this on and off like 4 on 4 off without many sides. Right now the only side I am having problems with is the hypo. I am thinking about getting a fat burner or appetite suppressor to combat this but I already have enough stims and caffeine going and do not want to over do that. I am thinking about trying to pair it with hgh frag as i have heard that this suppresses hunger. I would appreciate any input, comments or help with this.

If there is something that will help me beat hunger cravings I am interested as I have these random moments of super hunger and go to the cupboard and eat bullshit in between.

only done one previous cycle. did a 12 week sust 250 cycle with armidex for estrogen blocker and pcted hcg 50 mcg per day with nolvadex.

Also have to admit that i was a jackass and jumped into pinning before i should have. should have done more research first and probably been in better shape with a lower BF%. I also think that going with the igf-1 lr3 was a bad idea for someone as wet behind the ears as I am is not the best idea. I would probably benefit more from doing another test cycle than this peptide. Any suggestions or advice is much appreciated.

Thank You

I dont think your hunger cravings are from the igf. Your going hypo could very well be. The instant pump you explain certainly is.

No growth gut will come from responsible use of igf-1 lr3 and the 4 weeks on and off is very old information which is regurgitated over and over throughout sites like this one. Many report their best gains in close to double that span. And many use it as long as they can afford to, like some on this site. Stopping after 4 weeks is a total waste.

IGF-1 lr3 in my opinion is for someone who is already in shape somewhat. It is not something to be used if your just getting started, unless your already fairly lean. If you flex your abs and can not see any abs , then igf-1 lr3 needs to wait!

So, was your buying igf-1 lr3 a poor choice , that is something only you can answer. IGF-1 lr3 is one of the best compounds an experienced bodybuilder can use to help keep gains coming and to surpass the proverbial wall.

For someone just getting started or someone who has too much bodyfat, the only answer there is diet and training. There is no drug that will help aid in that aside from hard work and better eating habits.
