Hey I have been running ostarine cycles periodically since it came out on the market. I am happy with the mass I have built with this stuff. It has been a rather slow process of building but now I'm just looking to recomp.

Already a week into this cycle... Going for 6 weeks. End of the first week photos.

Don't freak out about the gyno. I have prepubescent gyno from the age of 11. Actually I think I have lost a little bit of fat in the area. But that's probably wishful thinking.

Week 1 summary.
Lost about 5 lbs
Down to 284
I look bigger but illusion is a mother.
General good sense of well-being hit day 6.
Muscles are tight and full right now.
Side effects
No crazy shutdown yet.
Still getting morning wood like a mother.
No real worries yet. I will keep you guys posted.

Week 2
So far I have lost 2% Bodyfat since the beginning. My diet has been a little extreme but I still feel strong. I have had 2 PRS. I benched 100 dumbbells for 8 reps and squated 590 for 2. My libido hasn't changed. I hope to continue to progress well.

I decided not to go with the 1-ad. I got the best upper back pump ever. Fuck it look!

Week 2 summary
Gained 3 lbs and 1% Bodyfat. Increased all lifts by 15lbs and 2 extra reps. Libido is a little down but still getting morning wood. Despite gaining 1% Bodyfat I probably gained about 1.5 lbs of lean mass. Here is a pic of week 2 progress.
