Pec Cramps!!!!!

Holy crap... i worked out my chest today and now my pecs cramp everytime i move!!!! I went to put on my seatbelt and i almost had a wreck. I stay hydrated all day.. Anyone have and answers to my cramps. And no i'm not gonna try midol for all you smartass's.
 
Yep, this happened to me real bad this cycle with my chest, and every cycle I end, I get spasms in my tris and delts a few wks off. Answer, 500 mg of potassium ED. I used some cheap rite-aid brand potassium gluconate, takes a few days but it will help.
 
Yeah definitely try a potassium supp. In the future be sure to replenish glycogen stores after a good workout by eating at least an hour after you train that will help quicken the recovery and lessen the severity of soreness. You may also want to do less negatives since they are normally the cause for DOMS. Stretching post workout will also help relieve the potential soreness.

I feel like taurine helps. Feels like I can train longer without getting cramps as well.
ZMA will also help.
