I just got back from the gym after hitting chest and biceps. And I definitely I'm getting stronger and notice myself getting bigger week by week I'll post it took her today and tomorrow for progress.. thank you everybody for following and a big thank you to my boy who gave me the test E 500, Tren a 150, dbol,and some Arimidex . I am only running 600 mg of test and 225 mg of Tren also 50 mg of dbol...

Honestly I feel like The Other Woman either was very underdosed or completely fake. However besides sweating a little more than usual I'm not getting too many other side effects like waking up in the middle of the night sweating or insomnia. However I am getting the good side effects a lot more vascularity a lot more aggression in the gym strength is through the roof Again I'm only running 225 mg of Tren per week. I was going to ask you do you think I should up it to 350 maybe 400 mg? I made a little collage from the last 3 weeks kind of hard to believe my body has changed this much in just three weeks considering it is test E, but like you said earlier and I believe good juice kicks in right away. Normally that would just be starting to get these effects around now.

Tren is rough on me I won't lie. What I like to do with it is dose it about 65-75 every 36 hours. It's a mess but better on sides for me. One in afternoon next in morning and so on at 36 hours apart.
So doing so at approximately 65 will give u 303 mg per week. This works for me. I sleep on tren a always. And not much night sweats. But right now I am doing npp and nights sweats happening.

Yeah that's exactly how I do it I used to not do it like that until I got some test acetate, and did some research on that ever since then that's exactly how I do it. I think I'm going to do is 50mg every day just to try to keep my levels steady,and that will put me at 350mg a week, and see what happens from there after a week or two..

That will work bm. U can always back off. Acetate ester half life is only 48-72 hours. Within 3 days of dropping u will have relief if needed actually in a day and a half

I was thinking about that. You do mean dropped my carbs and fats on non workout days then bring them back up on workout days. Is that what you mean? Considering the fact that I have a crazy fast metabolism and in order just to maintain my weight I can't really go below 3000 calories a day now that might be different doing what you're saying one or two days a week on non workout days?

No I wasn't meaning that at all if your metabolism is as fast as you say. My suggestion would do as you mentioned but on the low day still stay between 250-300g.. what do you think about that . Idea and if you like to eat. It will be a lot more fun.

Yes that's what I'm thinking because I'm a normal day I try to get between 450 and 500 grams of carbs in me. So would you say do that once a week or on non training days?

Iron- game my brother I haven't heard from you in awhile. I hope everything is good on your end man. Just so everybody knows when I first came on the boards, I think musclechemistry was the first one I signed up for now my memory is terrible but I believe it was about five years ago if not more, and iron game taught me alot. Any question I had he did not hesitate to answer. things like that I do not forget and I give credit when it is due thank you brother!!!
