I was curious what everyone here now takes for kidney health? Over the counter, under the counter, etc... Just curious

Well all I have to do for my chronic kidney disease is have low protein and high carbs, oh and low sodium, and potassium, and oxalates, so you know just no meat, fruits or veggies, and I will be good, oh also I have to remember to drink a good amount of water, but not too much.
By the way this is real life shit I have been told to follow..... Pretty realistic to do right?

Would be good to know for sure. We need to take care of our "inards"!! That a true southern saying by the way.

I take curcumin which is like a catch all ( Is there anything that it can't do?). Just make sure to take it with a supplement that has bioprene or black pepper extract in it to help the bio-availability.

So basically, they say you can eat cake and donuts... badass!
Yeah a get fat as hell diet lol I can't follow it, I mean even cucumbers are high in sodium, it's literally everything that has sodium, potassium, protein or oxalates

I take a complete B-complex with good B-6 in it. I’m prone to stones. But other than that and your normal liver support I just take it easy on the kidney with lots of water and magnesium every once in a while.

Lots of water
