GH Protocol w EOD being better.

There has long been debate between protocols for using exogenous GH for muscle-building purposes. Some say use everyday, some say EOD(every other day), some say 5/2, ect. This paper compared taking the same weekly dose of GH given daily vs EOD in GH deficient youths. The growth rate was similar between both groups, however the deceleration of growth rate was significantly lower in the EOD group.

What this means is that when taking supraphysiological levels of GH, you have an accelerated growth rate(muscle/bone/height). The decelerated growth rate is the rate after you stop taking the treatment. This was found to be 16-fold lower in the EOD group vs the ED group. It maintained this rate for 2 years after discontinuation of GH. This study was 4yr long and at the conclusion, the EOD group had surpassed the ED group for its height prediction(6.5cm). Researchers theorized that there is a target organ tolerance build up when taking GH daily that can be mitigated by taking it EOD. While it is uncertain if this is applicable to bodybuilders, it’s certainly a nice piece of research to suggest it may be worth it to take your GH EOD. I tend to subscribe to this theory based on the same hypothesis
 
IDK, when i used HGH i would use it every day. Since switching to strictly IGF-1 lr3 , I use that every day as well, quite literally as long as i can afford it lol, which lately seem to be less and less lmao
