Watch a 30 for 30 documentary yesterday on the 88 Notre Dame football team and loved every second of it. Interesting to go back and have each individuals perspective on that year and how ND fought to become national champions. They also go into details about certain students selling T-shirts illegally infringing on multiple copyrights during the process but making out like bandits making over $36K in under an HOUR!

Was Chris Zorich on that team? He grew up dirt poor on Chicago's south side and turned into a decent pro NFL'er and IIRC a good person despite the odds

But like they say, for every 4 catholics you;ll find a Fifth! :)

As compelling as the tale of Notre Dame's dramatic victory is -- even losing quarterback Steve Walsh calls it "a helluva ballgame" -- the backstory is just as riveting.
