Im looking for a good bulking "food" snack to have between meals to go along with my snack "600cal NLarge shake". Ive been sticking with peanut butter and jelly on the double protein bread pretty hardcore for about 4 months and need to switch it up.

Any ideas?

I use a 1tbsp or 2tbsp of olive oil with my meals (chicken/steak/turkey and rice) I just pour it on...(measure it out ofcourse) I also put olive oil in my whey shakes

I was going to say what Chris said. When I wanted to bulk up a little more, and cleanly, I added olive oil to almost everything.

Hmm its that simple huh? Just add a tsp of olive oil here and there? I have high blood pressure (on meds) and beat cholesterol just by dieting. Was 210 and in 3 months w/o meds got it to 165. Im a little worried about the fat content, albiet good fat, in the olive oil. Should I be?

On a serious note cashews, almonds, olive oil, pb sandwiches, can of tuna with relish and mustard and some crackers, I normally go for a shake and cashews, or a can of tuna and cashews i love them and cant get enough.

Lol, you crack me up swole. The olive oil thing works really well. I've done that in my whey protein shakes, too.

I like wheat thins with hummus or I make "lunchables." Cut up some deli met and cheese and stack it on some wheat thins. Of coarse as with most things I eat too much of both before I know it. I eat an entire container of huumus and nearly a whole box of crackers.

I love hummus. My wife makes some killer homemade hummus. Yummm.

That's how I am in the winter time with Hickory Farms stuff... next thing I know, there's a whole sausage and a box of crackers, along with a block of cheese gone, and I'm realizing, "wow, this is going to hurt me later".
