Real Myostatin Inhibitors Available

I would doubt it. This is an antibody, and even though it's a foreign antibody, we really don't know what the body will do with it. It may work for a while then the body blocks it out and myostatin gradually resumes where it left off. It's possible it may also teach the body to make its own, after which myostatin will still be shut off to some degree (some experts say this won't happen, but it's unproven). In any case, I don't believe myostatin will rebound higher than it was. It should just gradually go back up to what it used to be.

right on that sounds pretty good. Kinda scary if it did shut off for good though. I guess it wouldnt be a bad way to die bigger then anyone you know lol.

What about the effects on the cardiac muscles. I assume the heart would enlarge also.

yea this, and im also curious how you body will react to the inhibitor itself.. im assuming you will become less and less sensitive to it like all other compounds, then when you come off, does it leave your myostatin sky high? that would make it impossible for future gains, untill it eventually came back down.

Supposeably the kids born with the myostatin absense had only affect on skeletal muscle and myostatin did not affect cardiac. But then again thats a born mutation not something synthetic that you putting into your body to try to shut it off..... But I would like to give it a try but I want to have a good surplus of money saved to start with....... But I dont really have time to sleep , let alone workout with the working im doing... Wake up at 4am , get home around 6pm - 9pm it all depends how busy it is... And this is after the company has downsized and its currently starting to bounce back.... 12-16 hour days coming soon with 2-3 total daily commute.

How about you send me some, and I'll try some different methods, lol. Actually, from the look of how it comes, I would make an educated guess that it can be done either subcutaneously or intramuscularly just like HGH. I highly doubt that it would be taken via IV method.

somebody want to give me some i'll do a pic for every week and post it,lol!
it's mighty mouse!

Here is some alternative. Instead of inhibiting only myostatin it actes like activin receptor from muscle fibers and removes myo plus some other negative regulators as well.

That looks pretty good, but is it a viable product that is being sold? I see something about clinical trials, but I don't really see any place that is selling it. Interesting first post, btw.

By far as i know it's not available to buy yet.

I guess i found something similiar but i don't know if it will work like acceleron's product.
$400 for 200ug (0,0002g)...

I'm curious what are sufficient doses to see some good gains.

I don't see any reason you couldn't combine it with the antibody since they're two different things. One would bring down the amount of myostatin, and the other would block the rest of it from getting to the muscle cells. Damn, I hope this ace-031 stuff becomes available soon. I'd be curious to know what doses you'd have to take as well.

ok im placing my order monday or tuesday next week, so ill let ya'll know
