I've always used a simple Prop, Tren A, and EQ, along with Adex. I just used ECA and added in letro and dyazide starting 3 days out. Simple and never fails to get me to 3% and dry as a bone.
I like the EQ b/c the hunger it brings with it overwhelms my disdain for the bland food I'm eating 8 times a day and keeps protein synthasis very high. It also is great for getting you really vascular due to the increased red blood cell production.
