Start my sodium load tomorrow and my first run at the stage is closing in. The last few weeks have been absolute Hell and I've felt like a basket case almost every day. Hopefully the info I have gathered works for me and I climb up there hard, grainy and veiny without any spillage but who knows considering it's my first go at it. Thanks to all those who took time to help me along the way I really appreciate you brothers. Doesn't look like I'm going to be able to drop enough weight to make the Classic Physique Class which I really wanted to get into. I weighed 259. 4 today down from 277. I went ahead and registered for the class anyway and if by some chance the water dump gets me there I have the trunks and will be ready to roll. Once again thanks everyone.

Is someone guiding you along the way with this sodium game? From my understanding it take a few preps to even figure your body out without messing with the sodium. What diuretics are you going to run. My last show when I spoke to the judges after they told me not to worry about that crap until you can actually master the carb load and get your diuretics right and a couple of judges said they wouldn't worry about sodium until you were on a national stage.

I had an old pro work it up for me and basically it's not that difficult and loading the carbs back in isn't as dicey. Mon-Wed I'm eating chicken only seasoned up quite a bit and pickles for my salt intatke. I'm drinking 2.5 gallons of water today ramping up to 4 gallons cutting it off Thursday and the water Thursday is distilled. Thursday you add back in carbs boiled potatoes and rice in distilled water. Not massive amounts of eating but enough to get you through. Friday raisins dehydrated banana chips to weigh in and after that a big filet and couple glasses of red wine. Then if all is right you wake up vacuum sealed Saturday morning. Eat eggs, toast and sausage with no drink because you will be hyper sensitive to water then go kill it at pre judging. I don't know what's going to happen but I'm rolling in hard and nasty.
 
You can shut the water off Wed also it is what some people do but I'm going with the the premise that you increase diuresis even more by shutting off the salt but keeping the water intake high for on extra day. This tricks the body into overshooting while trying to get back to stasis.
 
I've tried sending you a couple of pms but they keep failing. Tried pm presser about it and it failed too. Was hoping to get a pic now and Saturday morning, but I know your head will be every where. You had mentioned emotions to me earlier dude I was a wreck you get so flat before you carb back up its a serious mind fuck. My advice stick to your plan and stay away from the scale would rather be the lightest but most shredded dude InThe class. Than the biggest, but the softest.

I agree with what your doing with the water. Just don't have a clue about the sodium.

my 2 cents.. start cutting earlier and do it slowly... it works out better at the end..

but im sure youll smash it!
